The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old town house dating from the beginning of the 20th century. You will access the apartment via a beautiful staircase with a Provencal ceiling and a wrought iron handrail.
This 41 m2 apartment is very bright and with all the necessary comfort.
You access the apartment through a beautiful living space with an equipped kitchen.
You will appreciate the beautiful size of the main room which is a source of well-being.
We provide you with two fans/purifiers during the summer period (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). The apartment benefits from unlimited very high speed wifi internet access via optical fiber.
This apartment is located in the heart of the city. It has been renovated respecting its history. The tiles are original as well as some of the joinery. The restoration aimed to highlight the assets of this place while providing style and comfort.
You will find all the kitchen essentials that will allow you to concoct delicious meals with foodstuffs found on the Provençal market, unless of course, you opt for lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants in the city center. .
The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower column and hand shower.
The bedroom, separated from the rest of the living space, is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wall-mounted television.
Please note: bicycles or other 2 wheels are not allowed in the apartment or in the building. You cannot therefore store them in the rental or in the entrance to the building.
The apartment enjoys an ideal location in the heart of the city, a few meters from the collegiate church ''Notre Dame des Anges'', starting point for the Provençal market which takes place on Thursday and Sunday mornings.
The apartment is 800 meters from the train station (SNCF) and 600 meters from the coaches (buses).
