For history lovers, the Mayenne is a Chouanerie area, and the Jean Chouan museum is 4km from the gîte.
Shops are within a 5 km radius. We will provide you with a list of local producers so that you can enjoy good local produce. As a milk producer, we will also be happy to show you around the farm (on request). There are numerous walks near the gîte and in the surrounding villages.
