The suite i stayed in was extremely disappointing, spent 500 dollars for 2 nights the tv was broken , the suite was advertised with a childs room with game console tv and bunk beds, the bunk bed was broken and unsafe my daughter had to sleep with us. I recieved a noise complaint for using the jucuzzi tub at night , the room was filthy. No air circulation at all , the air conditioner didnt work , we complained serveral times , asked to be moved the hotel refused and offer no compensation. Black out curtains would go along way , the light polution is insane we had 2 nights of no sleep. East indian staff constantly talked about my family in another lanuage, felt very racially discriminated against. Worst Canadas Inn in the country. Castle Suite more like a dungeon!

Our room was a theme room, it was very nice and bed very comfortable. Loved the jet tub shaped like a boat. The only problem was our room was directly across from elevator and could hear it open and close with every guest entering or exiting. We didn't have enough time to try out the pool/ waterslide area.We also missed breakfast because bed was too comfortable 😴 😉 to get out of. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Wish the room had a balcony.

Very poor knowledge of the deposit money on check out. Was already 500 km on the road when I got a phone call to come back and swipe my credit card so I can get my money back, after Busch of phone calls and a few discussions I think we got this resolved ( hope I get it back ). Had to give my credit card # over the phone and said I should get the refund back in 3 days. I stay there a numerous times before and usually get back the refund automatically I to my account. This never happened before. Other wise it was a pleasant stay
