The cottage 'The vine' in 'Mas des Bouteillans offer a direct view of a wild pool surrounded by a lovely garden and decorated with a small wooden bridge.
Our property over one hectare planted with olive trees.
It is located in the heart of the Bandol vineyards on the hills between the villages of La Cadière and Castellet, near the creeks of Cassis.
Here you breathe the scent of the Provence hills.
The hot July sun, the cicadas, the harvest and balmy evenings in September .... evoke the atmosphere of the novels of Marcel Pagnol, 'The glory of my father', 'The Castle of my mother' or 'Manon des sources'.
When the sun gets hot month or the first warmth of spring, yet it feels quiet and always this sense of calm when relaxing away from the noise of civilization and yet so close to the conveniences of the modern world which can not be more happen even on vacation ....

Schöner Urlaub in der Nachsaison
Wir haben in dem kleinen Haus 5 Tage verbracht. Die Terrasse ist mit direktem Blick auf den Pool, um den Pool herum viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Haus hat eine kleine Küche, ein kleines Bad mit Wanne, ein Ess- und ein Schlafzimmer, alles sehr hübsch arrangiert. Die Verständigung mit dem Gastgeber war etwas schwierig, weil dieser nur französisch spricht, hat aber alles in allem gut funktioniert. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen.

Un havre de tranquillité
Nous avons passé une petite semaine au mas des bouteillans. Tout fut parfait c'est vraiment un très bel endroit la propriété est très bien entretenue,et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.la piscine est superbe et les nombreuses chaises longues invitent à la sieste. Une corbeille bien garnie, thé café rosé huile d'olive de la propriété chocolat est offerte à l'arrivée. Une vraie belle attention... Nous reviendrons sûrement.

De très belles prestations
Très belle propriété sur les hauteurs de la Cadière d’Azur au calme, avec des hôtes vraiment très accueillants. Tout est parfait, depuis la situation du gîte, jusqu’aux prestations qui sont au top. Merci à nos hôtes pour ces quelques jours qui nous ont vraiment permis de nous ressourcer. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

Séjour et accueil parfaits
Nous avons séjourné avec notre fils de 8 ans en juillet 2022 durant 3 nuits dans ce magnifique endroit. L’accueil et la communication avec l’hôte étaient parfaits. Des personnes charmantes à l’image d’un endroit qui invite au repos et à la tranquillité. Nous reviendrons !

Entspannte Tage an der Côte d'azur
Sehr schöne, mediterran begrünte Anlage mit angenehmen Poolbereich. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit schönen Möbeln, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim sehr netten Vermieter (spricht nur Französisch) kann man auch Ölivenöl aus eigener Produktion kaufen.

Magnifique séjour en famille
Il fait bon vivre au bord de cette merveilleuse piscine. Le chant des cigales nous a bercés durant ces quelque jours passés à la Cadiere d’Azur. Le logement est très joli, très fonctionnel, idéalement situé face à la piscine. Nous espérons revenir bientôt. Le confort des chaises longues au bord de la piscine a contribué au succès de nos vacances

Un court mais très bon séjour à la Cadières d'Azur
Logement conforme à l'annonce. Une construction et des meubles de qualité. Des hôtes attentionnés et disponibles. Pas de connexion Internet pour PC ou Mac : de vraies vacances. Mais le réseau téléphonique mobile fonctionne très bien.

Toller Urlaub
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Vermieter selbst spricht nur Französisch, die Übergabe hat aber trotzdem problemlos funktioniert. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir sogar einen Korb mit Leckereien und ersten Basics wie Kaffee und Tee überreicht. Auch kühles Wasser lag im Kühlschrank bereit. Sehr aufmerksam! Der Pool, direkt vor der Wohnung, war super. Besonders für unseren kleinen Sohn, da der Pool flach abfällt, so dass er am Rand planschen und selbst flach reinlaufen konnte. Richtig klasse! Das Meer ist ca. 15min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Ausflügen und vor allem Weinproben ein. Eine Übersicht toller Orte, gab es auch vom Vermieter. Unser Hund war ebenfalls herzlich Willkommen. Rundum ein toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Een aanrader
Charmant verblijf, voorzien van alle comfort dat je tijdens je vakantie nodig hebt. De woning was zeer netjes en toen we aankwamen was er een degustatiemand voorzien met koffie, thee en snoepjes. De gastheer is zeer bereidwillig en geeft je nuttige tips over de evenementen in de omgeving. Een verblijf dat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire mais location "gentillement vieillotte" Le domaine manque d'entretien ainsi que la piscine. Dommage car nous pensons que le propriétaire fait de son mieux mais qu'il est mal secondé.

Tolle Anlage,netter Vermieter,perfekter Ausgangspunkt!
Diese Wohnung hat absolut den südfranzösischen Charme,den man sich wünscht.Vom Esstisch hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Pool.Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet und bei genauerem Hinsehen ist hier und da schon was in die Jahre gekommen.Das Bad ist ohne Tageslicht,hat uns aber nicht gestört,leichte Mängel auch hier.Was wirklich nervt,ist der lose Spülkasten,da dies beim nächtlichen Aufsuchen der Toilette für den Mitbewohner wie ein Wecker wirkt. Die Badewanne war unser Highlight,da wir Ende Oktober da waren und nach einem langen Urlaubstag war ein gemeinsames Bad eine tolle Sache.Für den Pool war es leider zu kühl,da wir täglich Regen hatten.Aber lobend ist zu erwähnen das trotz Nachsaison der Pool perfekt gefüllt und sauber war.Die Anlage ist ruhig,bis auf das Stühlescharren der Nachbarn am Abend.Allerdings war die Anlage auch nicht voll belegt.Im Sommer hört man vielleicht mehr.Der kleine Hund der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und war selten zu sehen.Mit unserem kleinen Hund war er sehr verpielt.Von diesem Ort aus war alles relativ gut zu erreichen,allerdings muss man unbedingt ein Auto haben.Ein Brötchenservice wäre ein Traum gewesen,da man schon ein bissl fahren muss zum einkaufen.Ein Präsentkorb versorgt einen mit Öl,Pfeffer und Salz,Kaffee,Tee und einigen Süssigkeiten!Deutsches Fernsehen gibt es nicht,aber recht gutes Internet.Ein Aussengrill mit Gasanschluss steht zur Verfügung. Unser Fazit:Diese Wohnung ist klein aber fein.Die kleinen Mängel sind sichtbar,die Ausstattung einfach.ABER:Alles in allem ist es nicht ganz perfekt, dafür unkompliziert.Der Pool entschädigt für Kleinigkeiten.Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt.Parken ist direkt am Haus möglich und der Hund war herzlich willkommen.Vermieter sind sehr zurückhaltend,so das man völlig ungestört ist.Von den anderen Wohnungen ist man separiert,also keine gemeinsamen Zugänge.Die Verständigung war trotz , mangelnder Französischkenntnisse kein Problem. Wir werden diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen! Un bel appartement avec une grande facilité! Nous reviendrons! Meilleures salutations de la Sarre
