Fabulous staff - very helpful and friendly. Reception staff excellent and cleaning staff did a brilliant job. Big room. Great location especially to the cable car up to l’Aguille du midi. You can walk everywhere easily. We loved the hotel and Chamonix!

Property was in a great location. Walking distance to everything within 10-15 minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The room was pretty cozy. It was summertime so it was warm. Not much airflow unless you full opened the balcony door. Trade off was it was pretty noisy and bright but that was the only way to cool the room down. The WiFi was basically non-existent. I asked the front desk about it and he said they would have someone look at it. No change. Would stay there again but not during warm months.

After 7 grueling, sweaty, painful days on TMB we arrived to comfort, cleanliness and a complimentary spa with jet pools, dry sauna and steam room. Aaah. There is no where else I would rather stay. Staff was prompt and professional. Highly recommend, especially after your TMB trek.

Great location, modern and very clean. Staff was excellent. For the price, I would give all categories 5 stars. Only thing to complain about was the unusual shower situation. There is no shower curtain and the whole bathroom is the shower floor. This was very inconvenient. Not sure what the logic was, but it wasn’t fun taking shower. It may be for wheel chair access, but at least have a curtain to prevent the whole bathroom floor from getting wet.

Perfect location, excellent service in Chamonix
This may be the nicest hotel on our trip. Not far (5 blocks) from the train station, and just down the street from the gondola to Mount Blanc. Everything was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and accomodating. The pool is not a swimming pool or spa really, but it is still really relaxing and refreshing.

There was a Brazilian waiter or bar manager that was amazing. Always smiling and when I dropped my two coffees going up to my room, he refilled them , gave me 2 free croissants and brought them up for me. Wow what a great service
