Contact us for quotes beyond 12 months. *Please note, the dock/slip is not available until Aug 25th 2024, any bookings between now and then will be lakeview only with no dock.* Brand new for 2023, beautiful 6 Bed/5.5 Bath lake home (5 king rooms) on Norris Lake with big unobstructed Southern lake views and a large indoor/outdoor space opening to our large patio with hot tub and fire pit via a 16' glass panel garage door. This house sits up higher on the second row of homes which provides spectacular views and still a short walk or golf cart ride to our other house where you'll find our covered slip private dock (golf cart and dock only provided during boating season Mid May-Sept) with swim platform, sun deck and jumping gate (this house sits behind our personal house which we don't rent and our dock will be yours to enjoy during boating season). We are just off main channel with year round water.

Our boat may be parked in one of the slips if we are there, but there is still room for 3 more boats and in season you will have full private use of the dock during boating season (May-Sept). We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the parking lot and dock. No parties or large events.

Beautiful home and amazing views!!!
We loved this home, and it was beautiful, well decorated, clean, and with amazing views! The golf cart was definitely needed and a bonus, as well as the use of the owner's boat dock! The boat dock had paddle boards and kayaks, which was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. It also had two fridges, an ice maker, and two dishwashers! The garage/sitting area opened up to their beautiful patio. The area was stocked with many fun games - ping pong table, pop-a-shot, and they provided inner tubes for the lake! The beds, pillows, and sheets were awesome! The only thing I would suggest is adding thicker comforters on the beds, as the ones on the beds were not warm enough. All our family members said this. Or add a more oversized extra blanket for the beds as the extra ones in the closets were not big enough for the beds. The owners of this property were fantastic to work with, and they took our calls before our arrival as we had some questions about boat rentals. They even called the marina for us to direct the marina on where to drop off the boat. They kept us well-informed on everything from start to finish and gave us local venue suggestions, and checked in with us regularly. It made our stay even better. ☺️ We will keep this house in our favorites for sure as we plan to come back next year at about this same time and hope to stay here again and for the entire week! 🤩 Debra
