A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the foot of beautiful mountains and lush Green orange groves and just 10 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva,Piles,Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main AP7 motorway makes the villa perfect for those that want to go exploring.
The detached villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large detached villa is split into 2 levels, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. During your stay we give you full privacy at the pool and in the garden. I am on hand if there is anything you need or advice on places to eat ect.
The villa has 1 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +WC, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access,FREE WIFI, Large private terrace with outside table for eating and enjoying the views. The fantastic garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. In hot dry months BBQ with wood or carbon is not allowed, we supply a gas BBQ for these times. There is also a Paella ring and gas burner. Large 8 x 10 private pool with a large terrace and very private. There is also a toilet and a shower in the pool area. The pool is gated so small children can not gain access to it alone. Pool is closed after dark.

Excellent accommodation
Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly.

We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to ValĆØncia, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week.

Week visit for business and pleasure
Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Villa Flora and itā€™s beautiful gardens
Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didnā€™t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and Iā€™m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.

Super stay. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is amazing, as is the large private pool and outdoor cooking area. Be sure to remember your insect repellent! Itā€™s a great base for exploring the area. Our children loved the close proximity to the sports facilities and playing in the pool. Excellent VFMā€¦..

Lovely apartment very spacious with beautiful gardens and pool.
The property was large and spacious with everything you could need. Gardens and pool beautiful and very clean. Loved watching the football opposite in the evenings from the terrace. Village was fairy quiet a lot shut I think was due to the time of year. Heather was a very kind and helpful.

We have a lovely holiday here. The villa has everything you need with plenty of space inside and out. The pool is great we used it every day. The walk into town is about 10 minutes Heather and Tony are on hand if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely property and great for children
Great property, excellent value for money and really good for children. Beautiful swimming pool, gardens and great to have shutters in all rooms. The garden is beautful, all enclosed. Gas and coal bbqs available. Could have done with some more pillows in the bedrooms otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. The local town is authentically Spanish. Would advise checking restaurant opening times before you head down on an evening.

Perfect for a quiet Spanish break
Villa Flora is a large homely apartment with beautiful gardens & a lovely clean private pool. We had a very enjoyable stay using the amenities in the village, which were more than adequate, just a short 5 min walk to the centre. It's a typical Spanish community so be prepared to mix in with the locals. Very friendly & helpful people in the shops & restaurants. Heather & Tony were very welcoming & helpful, on hand but not intrusive. Their local knowledge is very useful. A great base to explore nearby & further afield. There are a few steps up to the villa & the pool area. The villa has a locked entrance gate. The sports field across the road is used regularly by the local community. The location was generally very peaceful & tranquil. We'd happily stay here again & recommend it.
