Terrible property! Had to change rooms multiple times due to the AC units being so loud! AC units consisted of loud squealing noises….made it very difficult to sleep. The remote to the TV’s did not go to the TV’s, had to control television from the television itself. Every exit door was left unlocked or propped open making it feel very unsafe. The breakfast was terrible, cereal and oats options only. Ice machine's were “out of order” and soda machine only took cash or coins. This left me with room sink, room temperature (tap) water only with no ice. Beds are very outdated and very uncomfortable. I was sleeping on springs. I paid a premium Dallas, TX. price and received a 1994 version of a Best Western. Honestly, ranks in the top 3 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs!

Unprofessional Service: Guest Asked to Fix Shower
At the front desk, the staff was very attentive, fast, and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and pleasant. However, the bathroom was clean but the shower did not work properly. When I reported this at reception, I was informed that the maintenance person had resigned and they currently lacked maintenance personnel. Instead of arranging for repairs, they provided me with tweezers and lubricant to fix the issue myself. I find this approach unprofessional and in poor taste. I believe this experience merits a grade of -F, and I request a refund as I had to undertake the repairs myself. I look forward to your response.
