House from the beginning of the 18th century in a wooded environment, 1.5 km from the sea and the GR 223 (coastal path) ideal for exploring our beautiful region.
A fireplace adjoining the living-dining room and the kitchen will warm you up after a good walk.
At your disposal, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a baby bed, a shower room and separate toilets.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 120 cm beds, a large hallway with 2 90 cm beds, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a single bed.
Shops, indoor swimming pool, medical center 5 km away.

A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of the inventory.
The week starts from Saturday 4 p.m. and ends the following Saturday 11 a.m. You will be received by Christian: 06 72 00 43 80
The rental must be returned in a good state of cleanliness at the end of the contract.
Options to be paid on site: cleaning fee: €69, sheet rental: €13 per bed, bathroom and household linen rental (tea towels): €2 per towel or tea towel

très bel environnement, maison spacieuse. Literie moyenne, quelques soucis signalés au gérant immobilier, qui est très agréable. L’électricité n'est pas vraiment comprise et il n'y a pas de bains à remous... Nous y retournerons avec plaisir en été
