Nice but not perfect
A few comments on the property to help others in the future: 1) the property is a bit dated - not all of the window cranks work, furniture has covers over it, upstairs carpet is stained in a few spots, sliding door screens fall off the track and don't slide well, 2) there are a number of family pictures and photos that some may find a bit weird, 3) the upstairs master bed is NOT a King but a Queen and needs to be replaced - it squeaks and is not comfortable, 4) the pool is shaded for more than half the day, the spa CAN'T BE USED as it and the pool are NOT HEATED (the pool is cleaned on Friday's and a lot of leaves fall in the pool and the surrounding areas; the pool plaster needs to be redone) 5) the downstairs twins include a trundle bed and the mattresses should be replaced. There is no chair or table in the Master.
The space is quite large and roomy and only an easy 1.1 mile walk to the beach. The house is next to La Jolla Parkway which has a lot of traffic that you can hear if the windows are open.
The space with the piano has a table in it with four chairs, not the table and two chairs as shown. The kitchen has lots of everything, except a coffee maker, there's a Keurig. Also, be careful of the up-vent over the cooktop as several of us hit our heads on it (it's probably a foot too low). The master deck has no furniture on it.
Overall, the space suited our needs but we expected more for the price. The house definitely needs some attention.
