The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and is adjacent to a full bath with shower. The main level of the home also features the full gourmet kitchen, laundry, serene living area and a tv room, most with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

The upstairs master bedroom is separated from the main level of the home and is accessible though the home's intimate courtyard and up a small flight of stairs.
