The hotel is a beautiful place. The staff is great. The food is delicious What I didn't like if that, if you didn't have the key in a certain place you didn't have electricity , enable for you to turn off all the lights you had to remove the key, which means you didn't have air conditioning. That's what I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a very safe area, we walked the businesses around the hotel every place we stoped by people are very friendly. The hotel customer service is EXCELLENT, all employees are respectful, friendly and always keep a smile no matter how tired they may be, they are always willing to help, the breakfasts are fresh and delicious. I do not give the building an excellent rating because I think it needs an update, although I can say that they always keep it very clean. I'm sure that when I return to visit El Salvador I will definitely stay at this hotel "Beverly Hills Hotel and Business" Thank you for making us feel welcome, my respects and best wishes for prosperity to all employees!
