Within a private development, built on one of the hills of Domaine de Valcros, the residence consists of small houses, mostly semi-detached. The entire area is adorned with trees and flowers, featuring small squares and stairs, resembling a village with numerous pedestrian paths winding through a Mediterranean garden.

The semi-detached cottage has been designed to ensure complete privacy. A well-exposed terrace opens onto a private garden. It is an ideal place to stay and explore the wonders of the region. Enjoy peace and relaxation just 7 km away from the first sandy beaches. It's also a privileged retreat for golf enthusiasts, located on the edge of the Valcros Golf Course (18 holes).

Mazet with 3 rooms, approximately 50 sqm + a 40 sqm terrace in a garden of around 150 m². The living/dining room opens onto the garden and terrace, with a small open and equipped kitchen. There is 1 bedroom open to the living room with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, including 2 bunk beds. There is a shower room and separate toilet. Classified with 3 stars.

Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wifi (fiber optic by Orange). For your comfort: TV, electric barbecue. In the residence: the pool is open from 01/06 to 30/09, and there are 2 tennis courts.

Bon rapport qualité-prix
Très agréable surprise. La location est vraiment de bonne qualité et l'agence a été très disponible. Deux bémols : il n'y pas d'Internet ce qui est très rare aujourd'hui (mais bon on en a moins besoin en vacances) et il y a parfois un peu trop de monde à la piscine (mais la plage n'est pas loin). Je recommande cette location.
