Clean, super modern, perfect location in a cute quiet street in the town center, view from room is also very nice! Luca was very nice and helpful! This place is very new that’s why there’s not many reviews but I would 100% recommend. Great value for the price.

N’hésitez pas, réservez ce logement dès maintenant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luca. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre pour avoir accès aux différentes boutiques, ferry ou restaurant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, calmes et modernes. L’ensemble du logement est très propre et la personne se chargeant du ménage très souriante. L’hôte est quant à lui disponible pour vous permettre de passer un séjour de rêve à La Maddalena. Si vous hésitez à réserver, soyez en certains, votre séjour sera parfait chez Clelia’s Boutique Rooms and Suites!

Camera puzzolente, buia e sporca
Camera puzzolente, buia e sporca, sembrava di stare in uno scantinato. Pavimento sporco, asciugamani neri invece che bianchi. L’acqua usciva dal piatto doccia e non si asciugava poi mai, asciugamani in uno stato inaccettabile, tutti neri e addirittura strappati!! Abbiamo resistito per 1 notte solo perché non era conveniente spostarci, ma la mattina successiva siamo scappati appena svegliati, abbiamo fatto vedere tutta la sporcizia al proprietario e lui si è scusato, ha detto che gli dispiaceva perché a quanto pare addirittura lui stesso era sorpreso dallo stato o colore degli asciugamani (neri invece che bianchi). Poi ha detto che ci avrebbe rimborsato la seconda notte. Ma non appena ci siamo allontanati, ha cambiato subito idea e ha detto al booking (abbiamo prenotato tramite Hotels.com) che siamo scappati per la pioggia e gli asciugamani li abbiamo strappati noi. Incredibile, bugiardo e ladro ipocrita! Va bene, lasciati questi soldi, non importa, ma non imbrogliare gli altri, compra almeno asciugamani nuovi, vanno cambiati ogni tanto.

Ci torneremo sicuramente, proprietario e staff molto cortesi, ospitali e disponibili. Struttura molto curata, tenuta bene e pulita. Comoda per chi arriva a piedi dal porto (5 minuti). Posizione ottimale: in centro ma lontano dai rumori.

Localização perfeita tudo muito bom, um pouquinho chatinho para abrir a porta, pois qdo chegamos fizemos tudo através do watts. O café da manhã é servido num Bar/Café a uns 100m com 1 croissant é um café somente. Hotel deixou na geladeira do bar sucos mas não conseguimos pegar porque não houve reposição. Tem café e chá disponível .

Fijn plekje op Maddalena met Luca als prettige gastheer. Heel prettig dat er een soort woonkeuken is waar je zelf ook koffie kan zetten.

Húmedo y oscuro
No sé las otras habitaciones, pero la que nos tocó a nosotros no fue de nuestro agrado. Había un portón, a parte de la venta, viejo y cerrado completamente que daba a la calle y que no estaba para nada bien aislado, se oía todo de la calle. A parte, el sistema de cierre de las habitaciones hace que tengas que cerrar fuerte la puerta y por tanto cada vez que alguien cierra su puerta se oye desde la habitación. Es muy muy oscura, por la ventana no entraba nada de luz, da a un pequeño callejón. Todo muy húmedo, hasta las sábanas parecían húmedas. No hay espejo de cuerpo entero. El desayuno consistió en una bebida caliente y un croisant, yo pedí un zumo y lo tuve que pagar. Decepcionante. El anfitrión muy amable y simpático, eso sí.
