My place, more than comfortably sleeps two. Because of community rules & it being in a residential area, I’m no longer able to have children, who are not friends or family stay. It’s strictly couples only.

It's in the Parque Natural area of Corralejo, las Americas 2, which is a mile from the town.

Only a seven minute walk away, there are some bars restaurants cafes taxi rank, shops & a large Mercadona supermarket.
It's a short drive to many beaches with the town beach being a pleasant 20 minute stroll away.
The bungalow has the added benefit of being able to park at the front door.
There's a large roof terrace with views of mountains, dunes, sea & Lanzarotte.

Ideal Location for a great holiday
Wonderful location for proximity to supermarkets, and easy walk to beaches and town centre. Communal swimming pool is right next door and extremely well maintained, although in need of new sun beds. Property manager Davy is very helpful and on hand if you need him. Admittedly a few things within the villa are ready for updating and would transform this villa from a great stay to a tremendous vacation. Would stay again for longer next time!

The house is in a great position close to walking to the town. the pool is right next door and is well maintained. Inside the house is very homely and clean with all the cooking facilities you need. Its like home from home and would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice spacious house
Easy to book and great communication with Hayden and Davy when we arrived. The house is located in a gated estate, the house is very spacious, the outside spaces are amazing, the terrace gets the sun from really early morning to mid-afternoon and the roof terrace get the sun all day. The house is well furnished overall, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very conformable. The house is next door to the pool and there is hardly anyone ever at the pool. We were very disappointing to find a dirty glass with lipstick on in the cupboard. We think that the previous guests had done in on purpose as the glass was purposely put behind another glass, nerveless ,we got slightly worried about the hygiene of everything else in the kitchen especially with COVID so we cleaned everything ourselves. The neighbours next door have by the sounds of them, exotic birds which tweets loudly a lot, it felt like we were in the Amazon jungle at times, we didn’t mind them. Unfortunately the neighbour next door decided to work on some sort of bird cage on a Sunday and in all honestly he hammered on this metal cage from 8am until 8pm. This is out with the owner’s control but worth noting that our first day wasn’t relaxing Some of the house and outside walls and fences could do with some freshening up. Overall we had a good week, checking in and out was very easy. Thanks for renting your house

Excellent communication with Hayden the owner from start to finish. Apartment is is a really good location, 20 minutes walk to town but local bars and eateries within a three minute walk (Do try PJ’s bar also known as the Bocadillo, excellent food, best pint and wine and brilliant prices. Apartment had everything you need, we stayed four weeks and the only thing we missed was British tv, wouldn’t have mattered on a holiday up to two weeks because you are normally out every night. Brilliant roof terrace and right next to the swimming pool. Greeted on arrival by Davey who was also only a WhatsApp away if we needed him. Plenty of cooking utensils, storage space in bedrooms was good and the furniture was comfortable, rooms bright and airy and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay
Both the owners, Hayden & Davy, made for a really fantastic accomodation experience. They greet us at check-in with big smiles & lovely chats. Both before & throughout our stay, they were amazing at communicating & helping with any questions we had. The bungalow is always more spacious than the photos let on, with the otherside patio being a nice size & the rooftop space being lovely for tanning. 10/10 would recommend this accomodation to others.

Accurate description
The property was ideal for us, loved the 2 outside areas. The property is light and bright with comfortable furnishings, and had enough cooking utensils, crockery etc, parking space outside the front door and secure access gate into complex. Unfortunately was only there 6 days out of 14 due to flights ( Covid -19 ) but would definitely return when able to.

All modern equipment Only gave 4 stars as is a good 30+ min walk down to the harbour but with a bycycle only 10mins.Shops and cafes also only 10min walk away. Would happily use again in future.

We thought it was a nice light spacious place to stay quite well equipt kitchen, loved the size of the rooms and the roof terrace .Disappointed the pool was empty the whole time we were there , and had not been informed.had it been in use we may have not felt so isolated from people as there was beds around it. Being elderly we did not wish to walk out far but the paths were shocking to get to the shops or restaurants.,and we felt quite cut off. The TV in the lounge would not pick up any English speaking programs and the small one in the bedroom had no signal at all. There was a DVD but no films provided to watch.

All that we needed and more!
My wife and I have visited Corralejo every winter for the past 10 years and Hayden's house was absolutely perfect for us. Very spacious and comfortable. Certainly the best property that we have rented in the area. Prime position on a small residential complex of about 50 houses, right next to the communal swimming pool which was very well maintained. Well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook, but there are literally dozens of places to eat out if you wish. We had a car as we like to travel around but literally 5 minutes walk up the road is the largest supermarket in the town with everything you would need. 5 minutes in the opposite direction is a taxi rank, a few bars and one of the best bakers and patisseries on the island. The added bonus is the large patio sundeck on the roof. We were lucky to have great weather all the time we were here and the roof terrace had constant sunshine from around 10.00am - 5.00pm. I notice a few previous comments about the bedroom drawers and the curtains. This island has a warm tropical climate and furnishings will always suffer some wear and tear in temperature like this. However, both the drawers and the curtains were in the process of being replaced during our stay. We had a fantastic time and certainly hope to be back here again next year. My only suggestion might be to have a folder in the living room where guests could leave recommendations of places to eat, menus for takeaways that deliver and contact numbers for taxis etc. Thanks again for a great stay. Booking process very easy. All questions promptly answered prior to booking. Met by Colin outside property. Bungalow clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet. We found the location of the bungalow idea - 20 mins walk to edge of Carralejo. Very windy when we were there but due large enclosed patio the wind was not a problem. Lovely swimming pool next door to bungalow. We do feel that a file with some local info would be useful e.g telephone numbers in case of emergency etc.especially useful for first time visitors to the area. One small problem we found was there was no metal rack in the oven(only a solid tray). Very prompt repayment of deposit. If ever we are in Corralejo again would definitely return.

Perfectly adequate but a little tired. Needs a bit of an uplift.
Had a lovely holiday. It was marred on a few occasions by youngsters at the pool next door playing loud music but this is not the landlords fault. The Pool, however was brilliant and cleaned regularly. The apartment is perfectly good if a little tired and needs a bit of TLC. 2 of the 4 sun loungers were broken and the lounge curtain is torn. The chests of drawers in double bedroom was unusable due to the drawer runners being broken. Open one drawer and the lot fell in. The top three twin room draws were fine but the bottom two have fallen apart. The Toilet leaked at the base and Colin was advised. We all agreed it was impractical to get the plumbers in as the toilet would need to be taken out to fix it. Rather a leaky toilet than no toilet. We were OK with this as I appreciate that things go wrong and Colin was really helpful and would have had it fixed if we insisted. The local Taxis are cheap and plentiful. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you Hayden for letting us stay in your apartment and hope you see this as constructive. Debbie & Andy

Great location
I enjoy walking over the dunes in the morning and this was in the perfect location for that. I travel alone but felt safe here as you needed keys to get into the complex. Not as quiet as I hoped with a gang of lads climbing over the wall in the afternoon and hanging out in the gazebo at the bottom of the garden smoking, drinking and playing loud music but hasn’t put me off returning as I’m sure they will get bored soon and move on, other than that I had the perfect holiday and will definitely book this bungalow again. Thanks for all the quick responses to my emails.

A lovely bungalow on a peaceful complex
A fab 2 weeks in Haydens holiday home. All really fresh and clean with Colin and Debbie supplying clean linen as requested. Great outside space- we made good use of the bbq ! The pool right next door was great and so well kept. Only down side was the internet was down for the whole holiday despite Colin and Debbie best efforts. A few books and some information about the local area would have been useful too. Thanks Hayden for letting us use your home.

Lovely clean property, the garden is a fabulous sun trap, so when it was a bit windy out, we could lay in the sun and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately a previous guest must have pinched the hairdryer, as just an empty box in the wardrobe, but this didn't bother us. Lovely equipped kitchen, used the BBQ without any trouble. Overall fantastic holiday. Hope to return next year x
