Havre de paix à Oratavia.
Très belles prestations : piscine, très beau jardin, hamac, barbecue avec cuisine d été. Très jolie vue. L intérieur est très fonctionnel. Nous étions deux couples et chacun avait son espace. L accueil était chaleureux. L emplacement est idéal pour faire le nord de l île. La voiture est indispensable.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir haben eine Hälfte unserer Flitterwochen im Süden verbracht in einem Hotel und die zweite Hälfte im Norden in diesem Ferienhaus. Besonders groß war die Freude als wir von dem neu gebauten Pool erfahren haben im großzügigen Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen sodass ein Auto auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert ist. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben, aber jeder noch so lange Urlaub hat irgendwann ein Ende. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort aber Ausstattung und Größe des Hauses sind auch mit 2 Paaren und 2 Kindern gut geeignet. Einzig die Kinder-Spielsachen im Garten sind doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehen nicht mehr so einladend aus, das wäre aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland

Very pleasant stay in this nice place
We spent excellent holidays in this house. It was as expected on the photos with a very nice suprise at the arrival : a swimming pool ! The house is pleasant to live in with all the services also. The garden and the terrace allow to enjoy the outdoors. A special thank to Mrs.Van Hoot for a warm welcoming. She was perfect !

Schönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche mit Studienfreunden in dem Haus, Eine gepflegte Anlage, schöne Terrasse und diverse Sitzecken, ein kleiner neuer Pool mit Liegen war noch nicht in Betrieb, hat uns aber nicht gestört. In der ersten Nacht lief laut eine Pumpe, diese wurde aber am nächsten Tag nach unserer Info sofort vom Eigentümer abgestellt. Vielen Dank für die nette Betreuung durch Erica.

Wonderfull house, very well equipped in the contryside
It was a real pleasure to stay in a beautiful house full of charm and very well equipped. Close to the main roads but quiet with a flowered and terraced garden. Its location allows beautiful walks in the mountains but also to discover the small towns and pretty villages of the region. A very warm welcome was given to us with much appreciated delicacies. On se sent comme chez soi dans cette très belle maison. On peut se détendre et profiter de la vue de la terrasse ou à travers la baie vitrée du salon. Excellent point de départ pour visiter l'île (voiture indispensable). Erica est adorable et disponible. A recommander absolument!

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Aussenbereich und schönem Blick in ruhiger Lage. Die Strände in Puerto de la Cruz sind mit dem Auto in 15min zu erreichen. Wir waren 4 Wochen mit unseren Eltern und Baby dort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in grüner Umgebung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem Areal mit Weinstöcken und Gemüsebeeten. Der Zugang zum hauseigenen Parkplatz ist durch ein Rolltor gesichert. Der Zufahrtsweg ist relativ schmal, stellte aber für uns kein Problem dar. Auf der Terrasse - umgeben von vielen Blumen und Palmen - kann man unter einem großen Drachenbaum die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen und schön grillen. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Aufenthaltsbereiche im Garten mit weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill/Kühlschrank. Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der kälteren Jahreszeit sind aber die zur Verfügung gestellten zwei mobilen Gasheizungen nicht zu verachten - wir haben diese aber nur 4-5 Mal (Ende März) benötigt. Besonders angenehm haben wir die deutschsprachige Hausbetreuerin empfunden. Sie war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und konnte auch ein kleines Problem mit dem deutschen TV-Programm ganz kurzfristig lösen(!).

Traumhaus für Individualisten mit Weitblick
Ganz insgesamt: ein wunderbares Haus mit allem Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die monumentalen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und oberen Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten bzw. weitem großartigen Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig eringerichtet mit sehr bequemer Couch, in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, die Matratzen waren gut, unten eher hart. Der Garten drumherum ist riesig mit einem besonders schönen Platz im oberen Bereich, wo wir regelmässig gefrühstückt haben. Das WLAN ist schnell und (fast immer) unterbrechungsfrei. Das komplette Anwesen auf dem privaten Gelände, auf dem sich auch "unser Haus" befand, ist durch zwei große massive elektrisch schließbare Stahltore verschlossen. Wichtig zu wissen: Ein Auto ist ein Muß, zu Fuss kann man eigentlich nichts unternehmen, nach Puerto Cruz sind es per Auto ca. 15-20min. Zum unteren Schlafzimmer ist wichtig zu wissen, dass dieses nur durch eine Glastür vom unmittelbar daneben liegenden Badezimmer getrennt ist. Diese Tür wurde (leider) so eingebaut, dass zwischen Rahmen und Tür (zu viel) Luft ist, weil das Bad auch die Toilette beinhaltet. Bei einer Nutzung des Schlafzimmers zu zweit dürfte auch Folgendes von Bedeutung sein: Wenn "man" im Bett liegt mit Blickrichtung auf diese Tür, fällt der Blick zwingend unmittelbar auf die Toilette - und allem was da ggf. passiert. Die Tür wurde zwar teilweise mit Folie abgeklebt, aus völlig unerfindlichen Gründen aber eben nicht die "Aussicht" auf die Toilette. Hier wäre dem Eigentümer dringend zur Abhilfe geraten: Eine neue Tür, die dicht schließt UND undurchsichtig ist. Da wir beide Schlafzimmer jeweils einzeln genutzt haben, war das für uns kein großes Problem... Zum Wohnzimmer noch der Hinweis, dass dieses nur miittelbar gelüftet werden kann über den benachbarten Essraum/ Küche. War für uns im Winter bei mäßigen Temperaturen kein Problem, im Sommer dürfte sich dieser Raum allerdings stark aufheizen. Und wer im Winter kommt, sollte unbedingt vorher sicherstellen, dass auch ihr zwei mobile Gasheizungen für das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer/ Küche bekommt: Da das Haus erhöht liegt kann es abends ohne Heizung zu kühl werden. Trotz dieseer letzten Kritikpunkte haben wir uns dort aber ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!!! Man sollte aber wissen was man sucht.

Hübsches Haus mit großer Gartenanlage
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick über das Orotava-Tal und Puerto de la Cruz. Das Haus ist umgeben von Gärten und Weinbergen und hat dadurch eine Alleinlage. Direkte Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Ohne Mietwagen und Navigationsgerät ist es nicht zu empfehlen, da weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Im Haus befindet sich keine Zentralheizung (wie üblich auf den Kanaren), dafür einen Gasofen, den man allerdings immer von einem Zimmer zum anderen schieben muss. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir fünf Wochen Aufenthalt und zwischendurch auch Besuch hatten, wurde das Haus 3x kostenlos gereinigt. Das war ein sehr netter Service. Überhaupt war die Putzfrau und auch der Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cande et son mari ont fraichement rénové cette maison pour assurer le confort et le plaisir des vacanciers. La maison offre plusieurs vues magnifiques sur la vallée et le bord de mer en contrebas. Un havre de paix à proximité de toutes commodités. Merci pour votre accueil !

Perfecto para el descanso. Precioso lugar
Hemos pasado unnskyld vacaciones maravillosas en este lugar, la casa y sus altededores son espectaculares, mucho mejorr de lo que nos esperabamos encontrar, la combinacion de casa tipica y moderna la vez la hace un lugar muy especia, los alrededores super acogedores y unas vistas que nos hicieron pasar unos desayunos super agradables. El trato que nos han dado nos ha hecho sentir major que en casa, muy amables y serviciales ofreciendonos todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda alguna les volveremos a visitar en nuestras proximas visitas.

Amazingly beautiful house, great location and lovely service
The house is simply great (even way better than what we expected from the pictures!). The outside area is perfect for nice BBQ evenings, the kitchen was super clean and fully equipped for nice dinner evenings, the bedrooms and the living room super cozy. We booked the house for one week, but decided to stay another week because we liked it so much. Some of us had to work, so internet was really important for us. But the WIFI worked out well. The view is just amazing - down from the mountain onto the sea. All in all, we can really just recommend to stay in this house!
