Getting Around:
We provide airport and tourist destination transfers for groups up to 20 people, and we also offer transportation charged by the hour.

For your convenience, you can order a taxi from the reception of the building. Alternatively, you can use Puma Katari, with a bus stop just one block away, or take advantage of the Teleferico, located two blocks away.

Within a 20-minute walk, you'll find a variety of amenities, including restaurants, bars, commercial centers, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

If you're driving your own vehicle, street parking options are available in the area, some of which may be free or paid.

Other Things to Note:
Laundry assistance is available during your stay. Just inform us or contact the hotel reception, and we'll provide a laundry bag for your convenience. One laundry load is included per stay or per week.

Late Checkout without approval will result in a $25 fee every 30 minutes. Late checkout past 1pm without approval will result in charging an automatic full-day rate and guests will not be able to stay for the night. Please follow checkout instructions.

We have a cleaning service but common courtesy still applies. An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left in extremely untidy/messy/dirty condition.

Only small pets allowed. Unreported pets will be charged $100 per pet per night.

NO SMOKING

Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $250 will be applied for smoke remediation. If smoking outside the home, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied.
