Welcome to The Oasis at PGA West! This 3 bed 3 bath home (Lic#227898) is perfect for a friends, family, or couples getaway. The floor plan is bright, open, and offers plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are all spacious and private as they don't share common walls with each other. If you're looking for amazing outdoor space look no further. The huge backyard has an over sized pool and a huge deck for enjoying the fire-pit, or taking amazing views of the surrounding golf course and mountains.

No detail was spared! Being a Superhost with 3 homes in PGA West, I really take pride in offering all of the comforts of home while you're on vacation. From luxury bedding and linens, plenty of blankets and beach towels, cooking utensils and coffee, we have it covered!

The pantry is fully stocked with the essentials for cooking and barbecuing for a group of people including seasonings and spices. We also stock plenty of toilet paper and paper towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Ok

The living room has a large cozy couch perfect for relaxing and watching some cable TV, or checking out what's new on Netflix and HULU. Looking for some family entertainment? We have lots of board and card games available for you to make some fun memories with.

Looking to soak up some sun? The backyard offers plenty of deck space and tons of sunshine. The over sized pool has a large Baja shelf which is great for little ones to splash around on. During the winter the pool can be heated at $100 per day.

Coming to golf? The main club house is located just 2 minutes away and offers access to an amazing practice facility and 2 championship caliber golf courses as well as a restaurant and bar. PGA West Stadium Course and the PGA West Tournament Course. You also have access to the Greg Norman course.

PGA West is the best! Located in picturesque La Quinta there is always plenty to do while visiting the area. From the world class golf, amazing restaurants, festivals, and the gorgeous surrounding landscape, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy!

A car is ideal while visiting as the area is quite spread out.

Music is allowed outside from noon until 10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.

Pool can be heated at $100 per day.

The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday. Gardener is serviced by HOA and service days vary. Refusal of either service will result in a rebooking of service at $50 which will be the responsibility of the guest.

Maximum 5 cars, 12 guests during the day and 8 guests overnight.

We are pet friendly. There is a one time pet cleaning fee of $100. 1 pet max. No pets over 35lbs.

Looking to Golf? You have access to 3 of the public courses at PGA West which offers premier quality golf and practice facilities.

Coming out for a festival? PGA west is located directly behind the festival grounds allowing you to avoid the massive traffic jams on the way in and out

Wonderful Week in PGA West

4th of July Weekend
Started with a reservation of a nice PGA home. Requested an early check in and was denied because of availability which is fair. Arrived at 430pm. Owner wasn’t able to give us a mobile check in code so left the door unlocked. We proceeded to do our local grocery shopping. Returned at 8pm ish to find the inside and outside of the home overtaken by crickets and cockroaches. It was literally a constant battle with crickets coming into the kitchen and laundry area. I must’ve killed 40+ crickets inside within an hour on our first evening. I messaged the owner who said he would send someone out the next day. We did not have any communication with him until we departed 5 days later. The home was very nice but the constant battle with bugs overtook the weekend. We literally killed crickets, cockroaches, pincher bugs, and clicker bugs the entire weekend within the home. The owner’s lack of response was unfortunate . Upon checkout I notified the owner that the bug infestation continued throughout our stay. He simply said he would contact his pest control which is what I was told 7/3 with absolutely no response. Won’t stay at another one of these properties. Note: I am NEVER one to complain or leave a poor review. This was a very unfortunate show experience

Amazing property!
We picked the hottest weekend for our visit. However, this house was perfect! The pool was amazing and great for our whole family. Plenty of pool toys and floats for everyone. Living space was large and accommodating and kitchen had all the amenities. The best part was how well the AC worked. We were never uncomfortable in the house 24/7, even though it was 113+ outside. John was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Home To Relax In
We stayed here for two nights in April - weekend two of Coachella. The house is situated in PGA West - Jack Nicklaus and the location was perfect - it was peaceful and serene, a world away from the Coachella scene. I would love to stay here for a week, just to relax and take in the landscaped grounds and golf course. Our dog loved sitting in the back garden, but be aware, that there is no fence at the back and it leads straight onto the golf course. It wasn't an issue for us, since our dog sticks to us like glue and doesn't wander far. The house itself was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with "the basics". The beds were comfortable and the en suites were well stocked with all the necessities - shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc. The pool was still a little cold, but I did manage a dip or two, to escape the desert afternoon heat. There are plenty of pool accessories in the garage, if you want to float away! My only suggestion would be more blackout type window treatments! There are blinds on all the windows, but for any light sleepers (me!), the room does lighten quite quickly in the morning. It wasn't a deal breaker, just a personal thing. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
