Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© 2 jours et tout cā€™est trĆØs bien passĆ© . Je nā€™avais pas bien intĆ©grĆ© que le logement Ć©tait en fait le premier Ć©tage de la maison du propriĆ©taire. Mais cette partie est indĆ©pendante et bien amĆ©nagĆ©e. La propriĆ©taire est trĆØs attentive, discrĆØte et nous avons pu profiter de la totalitĆ© du jardin pendant ce sĆ©jour ensoleillĆ©

the owner refused me pretending the place was already booked and you knew it. Bonjour, jā€™ai effectuĆ© auprĆØs de vos services une rĆ©servation de gite pour une pĆ©riode de trois nuits, du 1Ā° au 04 aoĆ»t 2023. La rĆ©servation mā€™a Ć©tĆ© confirmĆ©e le 25 juillet. Et le rĆØglement complet effectuĆ© le 26 juillet. Lorsque le 1Ā°aoĆ»t je me suis prĆ©sentĆ© au gite, les propriĆ©taires mā€™ont informĆ©s que le gite Ć©tait dĆ©jĆ  louĆ© toute la semaine via RB&B et quā€™Abritel ( donc vous )Ć©tait prĆ©venu que ces dates nā€™Ć©taient pas disponibles. Le plus Ć©tonnant est que le 25 juillet je recevais une demande de paiement de solde de la part du propriĆ©taire, et le 29 juillet un courrier adressĆ© Ć  un mystĆ©rieux Julien donnant la marche Ć  suivre pour acceder au gite, et supposĆ©ment envoyĆ© par les propriĆ©taires. Quoi quā€™il en soit, jā€™ai Ć©tĆ© obligĆ© de prendre un hotel pour la nuit, avec mes deux enfants, et dā€™Ć©courter mon sĆ©jour. Je ne sais pas vraiment quels sont les protocoles Ć©tablis entre vous et les Ā« hĆ“tes Ā» mais il semble quā€™il y a ici un dysfonctionnement majeur sur lequel jā€™aimerais ĆŖtre Ć©clairĆ©. Je souhaite bien evidemment le remboursement de mon sĆ©jour, hotel compris, pour le moment. Si dā€™aventure les choses devaient aller plus loin, jā€™envisage de demander Ć©galement le remboursement des frais de route (carburant et autoroute) que jā€™ai du engager en vain. Je porte Ć  votre connaissance, par ailleurs, que je viens de me rendre sur votre site et que le gite en question est affichĆ© comme libre du 1Ā°au03 aoĆ»t.

GƮte agrƩable, tout ƩquipƩ !
GĆ®te trĆØs sympa, avec un grand jardin fermĆ© (rassurant pour les animaux, ou les enfants). Si le logement est placĆ© Ć  cĆ“tĆ© de la route (circulation de camions), le jardin est de l'autre cĆ“tĆ© (donc au calme), et des volets roulants Ć©lectriques rĆ©duisent le bruit la nuit. A noter qu'une Ć©glise est situĆ©e juste Ć  cĆ“tĆ© (sonne tous les quarts d'heures), mais on l'oublie vite quand on voit la grande piscine hors sol, et le barbecue ! Les propriĆ©taire logeant en dessous (le logement est Ć  l'Ć©tage) sont trĆØs accueillants, discrets et disponibles si besoin pour conseiller les coins sympa Ć  visiter (en voiture car 30min de route pour les premiers lieux touristiques). Leur petit chien s'est trĆØs bien entendu avec le nĆ“tre. Je recommande ce gĆ®te dans un coin paisible et bien ensoleillĆ© !
