Beautiful single storey house, close to downtown LA ROCHELLE (seaside).

This large, bright 5-room house can accommodate 8 people from September to June (10 people in July and August) with the help of the studio. We specify that this studio is rented to a student during the school year.
Located on the edge of the city center, in a quiet residential area, the house is close to the port, shops and restaurants. The property has a 700 m2 enclosed and planted garden and a 30 m2 terrace.
Completely renovated in March 2011, it is rented with refined furniture and new household appliances.
In July and August the capacity of the property increases by 2 people thanks to the contribution of a completely independent studio of 20 m2 within the grounds of the property.
We use a concierge service (at our expense) which is in contact with you for the duration of your stay and performs the inventory. We inform you that cleaning is included in the price indicated.
You will find at each new rental a welcome kit (included in the price) including:
- clean tea towels;
- new sponge;
- dishwasher tablets;
- toilet paper (2 rolls);
- Laundry ;
- cleaning products.

We remind you that household linen is not included in the rental amount. You have the option of bringing your own sheets or calling on the concierge. This service provider offers the following rates:
- Kit household linen double bed 20 euros.
- Linen kit single bed 16 euros.
These prices include fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, hand towels, bath mat.
A cot, playpen and high chair are available on site.
