My family trip was a wonderful experience! Extremely good service, very friendly staff, helpful and good humored. Room was clean, food was good and abundant, pool had the perfect temperature and the pool bar kept the drinks flowing, for kids and adults alike. Beach was also excellent, and while the water is a tad murky, we often parked under the shady tree by the Olas restaurant and just relaxed with drinks in hand in the breeze. Also, the service at the restaurants was impecable, highly polite and gentlemanly and the food was refined and beautifully presented. We will definitely come back in the future. Recommended, 5 stars! Thank you for a great time!

We loved the workers the best the staff is so much fun from Jose our waiter who specifically made each meal at the buffet so great we visited just for him. The staff at the bars made sure we had a great time and welcomed us to the DR! 1000/10 experience. The resort food is top class so many options and tastes great with theme nights each night. Def the best bang for your buck! Book with this hotel you will not regret it.

The hotel has way to many insects mosquitos all over the hotel in the pool area, in the restaurants, in the beach, in the bars, in the shows, rooms are infested with mosquitos, is sad because overall looks nice, but we’ll never comeback all my kids husband got mosquitos bites all over.

TV, Phone, Fridge & Toilet were not operational for 2 days. The staff all great, our room cleaning lady (Aleida), the best ever. Restaurant personnel well trained and very professional. This was one of the worst stays ever. The hotel is super outdated, and there is no room service. The food is not good, and there are flies and mosquitos everywhere. The food needs better attention so bugs don’t get on it. And definitely more food selection. The meat was raw, and the chicken was pink. The food was wrong: French fries and things were always super cold. There needs to be more than one pool. There is one pool for the entire property, and it’s full of kids with floats all over. There is no supervision and no division of kids and adults, which is a no for my preference. It took about over two hours for me to check in even though I had already done the online check-in. Not to mention the ridiculous fees for transportation from airport to hotel. I will never be coming back to this resort, nor do I recommend it.
