Nice stay in strategic posotion
Giulia was super nice and provided us with great recommendations to get the most out of this trip. Parking was a bit tricky in this area, but Giulia sent us to a large parking lot 5 mins away that had available spots most of the time. Overall a great stay. Cash is recommended.

Good service and location
Received a warm welcome from Julia who gave helpful advice re: transport and attractions. Room was clean and spacious enough for a lone traveller. Breakfast around the corner was nice too. Internet was fast. Hot water would turn lukewarm and eventually cool after ~10 mins which is probably a good thing for someone that tends to overstay their welcome in the shower haha. The only issue was soundproofing. I was able to hear the next-door conversations quite clearly and I felt very conscious of the music/videos that I was playing. Perhaps bring headphones if you’re worried about disturbing other guests. Oh and the lift door requires a key to unlock so you might struggle to get your luggage to the third floor when you first arrive. Would suggest ringing in advance to check that someone’s able to let you in and help you with luggage if you’re not travelling light. Location wise, literally next to the central station and a short walk to the port (I appreciate your definition of “short” depends on your mobility). Overall a nice experience and would stay here again.

Very good value for the money. Excelllent timely indication for late entry. Agreable owner. Close to train station, use elevatoRby the station. As there in no front desk, luggage storage may be more practical at the train station ( €5 per piece). Simple but nice breakfast at closeby bars.

Kindest, warmest hosts! Really went out of there way for our family of six. Very modern and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. We were surprised by how much we love La Spezia and it's shops and cafes. Absolutely loved it here!

Very close to the train station for a short stay. Visited Cinque Terre and used this hotel as a based point. Very convenient location. Hotel staff was very helpful.

We arrived late the first night but followed Giulia's directions (a bit complicated with the elevator) and made it to our room with no problems. She gave us helpful advice on visiting the Cinque Terre (do not miss Portovenere, and take the boat on the way out and the train on the way back).

Wonderful host and great location
Im an asian girl travelling Italy alone. Giulia and her husband has awesome hospitality. I was really sick so they called me a doctor too. Rooms are tidied up everyday The location is great for anyone looking for relatively affordable accomodation outside of cinque terre. The villages are very accessible by train in LaSpezia. Supermarkets are 3 min and 10min walk away

The place was newly renovated. The owners waited for us as we have a late train arrival. She was very nice and accommodating. She gave us some tips around the area and how to get to the tourist destinations.

Great hotel in a perfect location
Giulia is very friendly and accommodating of changes. The room was in perfect condition in a great, very walkable location. The bed was comfortable, the amenities adequate, the room had many power outlets in convenient locations, and Giulia was very helpful in explaining the keys to the room and the main attractions around.

superb accommodations
besides being an informative and helpful host, Giulia was very accommodating when I had to cancel our second night there. the property was perfectly situated next to the train station for easy access to cinque terre, and easy walking to all that la spezia had to offer. the room was large and spectacularly clean. would stay there again in a heartbeat!
