It will be a pleasure to host you regardless of the reason for which you are staying, certain that you will feel at home. The flat is in a detached house consisting of a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one of the two bedrooms is on the first floor). The structure is newly built and is an appurtenance of the host's property, where he/she lives and will be available if needed. On-site parking in a private, non-reserved area. The facility is located on the outskirts of La Spezia, within walking distance of the main services.
