Come and discover this very pretty family villa, close to the Arcachon golf course (less than 500m away), measuring 120 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 guests. You'll love the 700 m² exterior with swimming pool and sun loungers. It comprises an attractive living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa comprises
- A beautiful, extremely bright 45 m² living room with TV and sofa, direct view of the pool and forest, dining area with a large table that will bring family and friends together very comfortably!
The kitchen area opens onto the dining room, which is fully equipped, with a table for 4 people for early risers or late risers...
On this level, you'll find two beautiful bedrooms with queen-size beds, large wardrobes and hanging space.
A separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
The third bedroom is on the garden level, accessed by an inside staircase, with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboard, bathroom with bath, vanity unit, towel rail and wc.
A lovely utility room with washing machine and storage for suitcases or other items, the space is there!

Outside:
An electric gate will allow you to park several cars in front of the villa without this view bothering you, everything happens behind...
You'll live at the back, by the pool, in the garden and with a view of the forest, not overlooked, just the pines, the squirrels and the birds!
The unheated swimming pool with alarm is 8x3m and is open from May to the end of September, with sun loungers, a large table next to it for breakfast and dinner, and a plancha grill to treat everyone to a delicious meal when the market is back - a real treat!

We love it:
Its standing, its brightness, its crossing lounge with one side facing the pool and the other facing the balcony for aperitifs with friends, its spirit radically turned towards the forest and the pool, a little out of time.
The proximity of the golf course for the affectionados, the natural surroundings, the cycle paths in front of the villa to the beaches (the nearest and most beautiful at Pereire is a 10-minute cycle ride away).
There are plenty of bike hire companies - just give them a call and they'll bring the bikes right to your door!

Take advantage of all the attractions on the Bassin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view of the Bassin! The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike... At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you fancy taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Take a trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak on your own - it's sublime! You can also go cycling on the many cycle paths that run along the bay, and there are plenty of bike hire companies in Arcachon.

- La Teste market on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., guaranteed atmosphere, small glass of white wine or coffee at the end!
- Dune du Pyla 7 km away, ocean beaches, Cazaux lake with its "guinguettes" (dance halls).
- Bordeaux 66 km away (50 minutes by car)

The villa is managed by Cocoonr Bassin d'Arcachon. Your beds will be made up, along with 4-star hotel-quality towels, bath mats and tea towels. To start your stay, we'll provide you with a few coffee capsules, different types of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, shower gel and a few washing machine and dishwasher tablets.
