Spend your days lounging and swimming by your private pool and spa, with the pool toys provided and gorgeous mountain views. Zion Adventure
This was a great property that worked well as a home base for our day hikes at Zion National park. The pool was great and we even used the hot tub even though it was soo hot outside. We had a problem with AC on the first day but the property after house line connected us with the right people and they had someone out the next morning to resolve the issue. I would recommend this group.

Big Family Narrows
We had 10 kids from 11-25, 4 adults and and grandma and grandpa. Everyone had their own bed and all married couples had their own room! Kids loved the pool one night. Easy drive to Zions, we hiked the Narrows in February and it was so fun! We rented electric bikes in town and rode them all the way up to the trail head. EPIC! Great BBQ place where we got a huge family meal too.

Nice house in a tight neighborhood.
Guys on a golf trip, we wanted to watch football games at night, and there is no cable service. Servers Roku tvs, with no live tv. That was disappointing. Should at least have basic cable to the main family room.

Heal up and rest
We had a car accident on our way to this place. Had plans for ATV riding, but decided to stay and just relax after the accident. The heated pool and hottub were perfect for our needs. The games, including the xbox helped with our 4 year old, since he didnt understand what had happened and needed activities. All the adults were comfy with their rooms, and the kitchen we nicely set up for some home cooking.

We had a wonderful time at this property. When we weren’t hiking in Zions, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property was clean upon arrival and communication was easy. The property is at the end of the street and it is a quiet location. The only problem we had is that someone in our group stepped on a piece of broken glass out by the pool. It appears that a prior renter broke glass out near the pool and it was missed during cleanup. Other than that, the place was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental Near Parks
We are from New York and travelled with extended family to visit parks in the area and see family from Salt Lake. This property was perfect for all ten of us! We were able to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park during the day and come back and relax by the pool. It was very spacious and clean. The employees at Red Sands Vacation Properties were easy to reach and answered questions promptly. If we came back to the area we would stay at this property again.

Wonderful Stay!
Thank you for a fantastic stay! Everything was as expected and the property managers were responsive with items that came up during our stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 13 and the common areas and pool were perfect for everyone to hang out together yet still have some personal space. The location is convenient to beautiful hiking and practical retail needs (groceries, restaurants etc). The only minor issue is that the next door neighbor was pretty unfriendly to us. We weren't outside really much except getting into and out of our cars, so it wasn't really an issue.

Well appointed house in great loacation!
My family of 11 really enjoyed our three night stay at this house while visiting Bryce and Zion. We were able to travel to the parks with ease and get back in time to make dinner in the well appointed kitchen. The family enjoyed hot evenings in the pool and soothed aching legs in the hot tub. That and the game room made this house a hit with the kids! There were also plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out. We'd definitely return to this home in the future.
