i requested a handicaped room, my wife had a stroke, but did not get one.wife is dead on the left side.she could not get in the bath tub.no shower or chair to shower.but the room was clean.

Valisa was absolutely awesome. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious. We were there at the beginning of hurricane Milton and they had several linemen there on standby so the staff had snacks, drinks, cookies and fresh coffee out for them (and the other guests) and I thought that was awesome! We will definitely be staying here again.
