Enjoy Florida in the Villages / Lady Lake. Our clean and sunny home is available to move right in. Large master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and flat screen TV. Second bedroom with queen size bed. Living room with 70" flat screen TV, recliner and large couch. Ceiling fans through out the home. Hardwood floors in all rooms. Complete eat in kitchen with dishwasher. 12 X 12 screen area with table and chairs. Two bathrooms 1 with bathtub/shower the other with walk in shower. Nice yard with carport, gas grill, gas golf cart available. Garage with washer and dryer. Everything you need is here sheets, towels, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, microwave, iron/iron board, hair dryer, internet cable, fully furnished and utilities. Short walk to pool and jacuzzi. A short cart ride away from Spanish Springs, shopping, restaurants, inside and outdoor gym equipment, nail shops, hair salons, movie theater, bowling alley, live music every night in all 3 squares, plays, golf, walking trails, doctors, banks, community centers, hospitals and churches. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, A/C, trash, lawn service are included.
