A cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal / Längenfeld, in a central yet quiet location. Simply enjoy : )
Our approx. 75 m² apartment consists of a spacious living room with a tiled stove and an integrated kitchen with a seating area. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the two double rooms and the bathroom on the upper floor. One of the double rooms has its own balcony with a hammock. In the lower area, the apartment has its own entrance, a small anteroom with a separate toilet and a balcony door leads you to your own, enclosed garden with terrace. You are welcome to park your car in front of the house.
Our house is in a central but very quiet location on the hiking path towards the gorge. Grocery stores, bakery, bus stop and restaurants are within walking distance from us. The Aqua Dome - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld and the center of Längenfeld can be reached in a few minutes.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Alpenea.

Ferienhaus Längenfeld
Super ruhige Lage in Längenfeld. Man hört nur das Rauschen des Fischbaches. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eye Catcher ist der wunderbar gemütliche Tiroler Bauernofen. Leider fehlt im Wohnzimmer ein bequemes Sofa

Gemütliche Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich, besonders durch den tollen Ofen im Wohnzimmer, den die Vermieterin jeden Tag einheizte. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice, den wir gerne in Anspruch genommenen haben. Die Vermieterin stand uns mit Rat und Tat die ganze Zeit zur Verfügung ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gibt auch eine schöne Terrasse, die wir jedoch wenig genutzt haben.
