Welcome to The Garage! This private unit is newly remodeled apartment and guests can easily enjoy all of the attractions of Downtown, Lafayette!

A newly remodeled one bedroom garage apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and living space. Expect all necessary amenities and a comfortable stay!

A door code will be sent to you with additional check in instructions. Guests have access to a private room and all of the shared spaces in the home. Guest also have access to a shared outdoor space with a large backyard with seating under a beautiful 150 year old Live Oak Tree. There is also a shared laundry area that is available for guests to use. Parking on premises is limited but street parking is always available.

Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed. 99% of our guests make it in with no issues. We might not be able to assist you after 10 PM. Please make sure you receive instructions via Airbnb app/e-mail on the day of your arrival by noon.

The neighborhood is in the popular downtown area of Lafayette, La. This historic area is generally quiet during the day with light to moderate foot traffic and occasional bicycles. Perfect for guests that want to experience all of the attractions of downtown! All shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a short walk/drive away!

This home is near the airport, downtown bus/train station, bikes are also popular downtown, and even use Uber or Lyft if you would like! There is plenty of available parking downtown if you have your own vehicle though!

This is a multi unit property: there are a total of two units for rent at this address (the garage and the main house) All units have private entrances/door codes and a designated private outdoor space.
