The staff was amazing. The welcome message was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The air conditioner wasnt working property and would cut off every 2 minutes but when it cut itself back on it made an obnoxious clanking noise. It made for a rough night sleep.

All the front desk people were awesome. My room not so much. We stayed in room 338. No toliet paper, no shower curtain and not enough towel were given. The bedding was dirty and need to be updated.

Our first room had clean sheets but the comforter had numerous hairs and was clearly dirty. The staff kindly moved us to a neighboring room. It was much better minus the lack of shampoo, near empty toilet paper roll/no reserve roll, and two towels. The exercise room reeked of mildew, there was mold on the equipment, and the equipment was in poor/unusable condition. The bathroom neighboring the breakfast area had only hand sanitizer, no soap. We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed to wash uniforms…there was a drier but no washing machine. It was a long weekend.

Checked in when we got to the room towels were wet and all over bathroom they changed our rooms after about an hour debate when we got to the second room Water didn’t work we asked someone to come check maintenance never came stopped by the front office and told them still nothing we stayed multiple times and never had these kinda of problem but this time it was horrible

The 3 staff members at chk in and out were marvelous, professional, and friendly! The 2 at the desk b/t chk in/out, seemed possibly to be new, maybe a little overwhelmed, and not unfriendly but nor friendly. The room for people w/ pets. Now all pet rooms are the worse ones that a place will have, and i do understand why, i guess. And in comparison to other hotel's version of the same type of room, the clarion was on par with the standard hotel pet room. So, the hole in the carpet at the entrance, the hole in the wall at the shower head, and the general carpet's feel that makes u want to wear shoes at all times, may have been unique only to our dog room, and not indicative of the other rooms' condition. However, the hole in the bathrm wall was not pet-made. (All hotels - thnx for accepting pets, but plz consider tile flooring, or the like, for such rooms, plz! PLZ!) As for eco-friendly ness; 3 main reasons i gave 3 stars. 1st was that the pool overflowing. At 1st I thought it was b/c a storm that rolled thru that morning. But, my daughter saw there was a lrg hose that had been left running in the pool. When i approached the front desk and told the guy, he was quite dismissive! 2nd, there was no dog bags to use in the poop disposal area. Which, ok, most of us bring our own. But it was the only one on site and right next to a human the only human outside sitting area. Gross, especially gor not pet having guests! 3rd, an extreme amount of litter in the lot & grass areas!

It does the trick. The pros is it’s in a convenient area that’s relatively safe, large rooms that have been somewhat upgraded. The cons are, the upgrades are just cosmetic. It’s kind of run down. Clean but rundown. Carpet in halls are nasty and in room. but it did the trick for a good deal.

This place was absolutely disgusting. My room was poorly cleaned, bathroom, floors and nightstand dirty. This hotel is poorly maintained, needs a remodel. Service at check in was nice, the guy was very friendly. Not the case when I checked out, the lady didn't even ask me... how was my stay. Do not stay here
