Villa Bella Vista is a stunning family villa set on the picturesque Vale de Milho golf complex, overlooking the 6th green. This three-bedroom villa boasts a spacious, elevated position with breathtaking views and a south-facing pool, ensuring sun all day. The property features a large private heated pool, fully enclosed for safety and not overlooked, the villa has air conditioning making it comfortable on warm evenings.

The pool area has a large covered gazebo with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals prepared on the BBQ. For those magical evenings, head to the roof terrace and savour sundowners while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The perfect spot
We wanted some time away and this villa was great. An easy walk to a few restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. Lots of trails to walk along the cliffs that afford amazing views and then home to sit by the pool under the stars. Very nice home and area.

Our first visit to The Algarve and the weather was superb. The villa was very comfortable and the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch and very much appreciated. It was lovely and clean and tidy. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. The outside areas were well maintained by the gardener and the pool was kept clean during our stay by the pool guy. We had a great 2 weeks here and would consider visiting again in the future. Our 5 year old grand daughter had a wonderful time playing in and around the pool. We would definitely recommend this property for your family holiday.

Our stay here with our three children was just wonderful! Even better than the pictures show and the children especially loved the pool which is a perfect size! It is so quiet and private but yet lots of places nearby within walking distance to eat and explore. Highly recommend the Lighthouse Bar and Grill, Pashmina for an amazing curry and Mona Lisa Pizzeria! We had seen the shortcut others have mentioned which was very useful and only a 10 min walk to the local beach which was ideal. You can also take the boat trip from there to see the caves which I highly recommend. Communication with Julian was fantastic and he happily answered any questions I had at any stage. 5 stars!

Lovely family villa
Our stay was fantastic. Julian and his team really went above and beyond to ensure our stay ran smoothly. We travelled with two small infants (11 months and 17 months) and everything was there for us. It really is a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, Tupperware, pots and pans. There are plenty of towels and the space is really well thought out. The pool is lovely and great for children! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family

This was our second stay at Julian’s villa, and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely location and fabulous outdoor space. Julian is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, and Luana the housekeeper was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again!

A lovely place
Stayed in quite a few villas in the Carvoeiro area over the last 30 years and this has been the best value for money. Ideal for our family of 6 and super fast WiFi to help with my workcation. Quiet area with the town a short drive. Also loved the handy access to the golf course.

Beautiful villa, great location!
We're a family of four and loved our stay at Villa Bella Vista. The host, Julian, is extremely helpful and replied to any queries we had almost instantly. The villa is in a beautiful neighbourhood with lovely views, especially from the roof terrace. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, even providing beach towels and umbrellas. There is a decent shop nearby and larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is walking distance, with the main Carvoeiro town area and beach also just a few minutes by car. We didn't play golf this time but the little course looked decent. We went to the clubhouse for coffee in the morning and it is a great spot to relax and look out over the surrounding area. Our week there was just perfect and I can't fault it in any way. I highly recommend this villa.

Lovely well presented villa
We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. The host, Julian, was extremely helpful and responsive and dealt with questions within minutes of emailing. The villa was immaculate and the housekeeper Luana was lovely. We love the area and there are a handful of restaurants in walking distance. It is also easy to drive or get an Uber into town which costs less thank 6 euros. Air conditioning would be an added bonus but there are fans in all the rooms so this would only be an issue for some. Julian really has thought of everything and we would be happy to stay at this villa again.

Absolutely fantastic villa
Have stayed here before and luckily managed to get it for 2 weeks this year, it’s a brilliant place. Location is fantastic, villa Soave brilliant with fantastic outside spaces and beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Five star!!!

This Villa ticks every box - and then some!
Everything in this Villa was superb - communication from day 1 - so good despite us having some drama due to Covid - cancelling and having to re-book - it was all done with such understanding. The pictures of the villa are very accurate but nothing captures the sheer level of kick back and relaxation that each of these areas provide - the upper deck for sunset drinks, balcony for brekkie, the BBQ areas. Superb cleanliness and housekeeping provided and extremely helpful on the ground management when we needed some information. We are a family with 3 grown up children - the WIFI and entertainment package was beyond anything we might have anticipated - and instead of getting us lost in screens brought us together to watch a few old classics. Area, location superb- access to lovely restaurants, beaches, activities- hiking - all in abundance and plenty information in welcome pack to guide you. A huge thank you to the whole team for what was a superb holiday for us.

Superb villa - highly recommend
WE have just spent a week in this fantastic villa on the Rocha Brava Golf Resort. We couldn’t rate this villa highly enough (I almost don't want to so it might be available next time we want to rent one!). The owner was really helpful beforehand and kept us up to date all along. The villa is perfect being near the golf course as its not overlooked at all and is very peaceful. However, its only a 10 minute walk to the beach (using the ladder route through the terrace houses at the end of the road) and also 5 minutes to the local shop, cafe and restaurant. It really is a fab location. The villa itself is brilliant and is the owner has paid lots of attention to detail as nothing was missing - it clearly is a loved home and you are allowed to enjoy it as the owners do! There were loads of sun loungers and parasols for everyone. The outside spaces were phenomenal with a wonderful roof terrace for evenings, quiet shady spaces during the day and beautiful eating spaces (3 or 4) all around the villa. Isobel came 3 times to clean the villa and she does a brilliant job - you really feel very spoilt after she has been as the whole villa is spruced up again in super quick timing. All in all , a brilliant break from the Covid world of 2020 and one that we cannot thank Julian enough for by allowing us to rent his amazing villa. Hoping to go back in the not to distant future.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely secluded villa with a great pool. The pool is big and the patio is spacious with lots of different places to sit. Lovely views to the sea, particularly from the roof terrace. Villa was well equipped, it was so nice to have enough crockery to make using the dishwasher worthwhile. Plenty of plates and bowls etc. Julian was very responsive right from booking to check out, with lots of helpful advice. We did find it a little difficult to find, even though we had what good instructions. Could just have been us. A suggestion for another way to help people, as postcodes don't work well in the area, would be to use the What3Words app. Nice restaurants within walking distance, just check which days they close so as not to be disappointed. This may not apply in full summer, but we visited Sept/Oct. Thanks to the other reviewer regarding the short cut and ladder, the trip to the beach was shortened. We hired a car and visited many different places further afield during our stay, as well as enjoying cliff top walks nearby, direct from the villa. Then back to the pool for the afternoon to cool down. We did a mix of self catering and eating out, there are plenty of options and we made use of one of the 3 BBQs a couple of times. It was nice that beach parasols had been left for visitors to use, as well as there being plenty for use round the pool. Would not hesitate to stay again should be come to the Algarve.

Magical Holiday
We have just returned from the most memorable stay at Villa Bella Vista. The Villa was very clean, in a quiet but great location , within walk of a few restaurants and the lovely beach and cliff top walk at Cetianes. The pool was larger than we’d expected and heated to a beautiful temperature. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the roof terrace was magical. Communication with the owner Julian was fantastic, he always replied very quickly to any messages. The maid Isobel was lovely and happy to help. All in all we had a truly wonderful holiday experience, which we cannot wait to repeat.

Very calm and lovely place
Everything was perfect, pool is quite big, kitchen is well equipped, a lot of space to relax, you can watch how golfers are playing live. 800 m to the beach, if you don’t afraid to climb small ladders through the fence. First two nights it was hot to sleep (air conditioning would add value to this property), but wen temperature is less than 22C at night it’s ok. We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this vila.

Family Holiday 25 June to 08 July 19
An excellent Holiday. We are a family of five adults and the villa provided us with all that we needed. It was very spacious well equipped and a great location. It was great to relax by the pool and dip when got too hot. Sitting on the roof terrace early morning and late evening watching the sun rise and set was special. We did not hire a car used the buses, taxis and walked. Used the taxis the most which we found reasonably priced. Used to get into Carvoeiro and to make large shopping trips to Aldi. Also used taxis for the airport transfer which Julian helped organise. Customer service was excellent, Julian replied to all emails promptly and gave very helpful responses. Most were answered within an hour or two. Even when at the villa his assistance was proactive and timely. Can not fault. The maid Isobel was very friendly and sweet and pleased to help. The management agency was helpful and provided some useful goodies on arrival . Slight down side was did need their help late one night so called the emergency number yet did not get any response until the next morning. However thankfully Julian was contactable. We self catered so did not use the local restaurants yet Julios always seemed popular just a 10mins walk away. Local small shop at Rocha Brava resort was expensive so only brought essentials there . So went to supermarkets for most of our food supplies. We had enough to keep us entertained - played a few games of golf on the adjacent course, spent time on the local beach, coast line walks and a fun high powered motor boat tour to the caves along the coast. There was no air conditioning yet this did not bother us during the time we stayed at the villa. There was a nice breeze every day so by keeping the shutters closed yet windows open at night sleeping was comfortable. So overall this was an excellent holiday past expectations and certainly would highly recommend
