The property was damp and not clean to sleep in with the childrenā€™s bed being covered in dust when weight was put onto it. Furniture in the bedroom was green with mold spores. We only stayed a night as we arrived late even though we had booked for four as the smell of damp was cloying and overwhelming and the accommodation frankly unihabitable. We reported it to Vrbo asking for a refund and no help was provided sadly so we lost Ā£500 of accommodation fees and had a disrupted holiday having to find an alternative place to stay. A real shame as the pool photo looked great and we thought it would a restful stay however this turned out not to be the case . The photos and listing are misleading.

Entspannter Ort zwischen OlivenbƤumen
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 und 7 Jahre alt) fĆ¼r knapp zwei Wochen da. Besonders toll fanden die Kinder den Pool direkt vor der HaustĆ¼r (Abgesichert fĆ¼r kleine Kinder!). Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man erreicht aber alles entspannt mit dem Auto (Dƶrfer, Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten, Fluss). Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sehr angenehm.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour. Logement trĆØs frais et agrĆ©able Ć  cette saison, grande piscine (il y a de la place pour tout le monde!), domaine trĆØs intĆ©ressant Ć  dĆ©couvrir grĆ¢ce aux propriĆ©taires. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueilli. Petit bĆ©mol: lā€™annonce Abritel qui facture le jacuzzi pour tous les jours. Mais heureusement les propriĆ©taires sont honnĆŖtes. On recommande!

Le gite, le cadre et la situation sont formidables. Alors pourquoi pas 5 Ć©toiles ? Parce que l'accueil que nous avons reƧu nous laisse un goĆ»t trĆØs amer. Nous avions rĆ©servĆ© 6 nuits dans le gĆ®te, et Ć  l'arrivĆ©e les propriĆ©taires nous annoncent que ce sera 5 nuits, la premiĆØre nuit n'Ć©tant pas dispo. En effet ils louent ce gĆ®te sur plusieurs plates-formes et les calendriers ne sont pas synchronisĆ©s. Au lieu de reconnaĆ®tre leur erreur d'organisation, de s'excuser, et de paraĆ®tre un peu concernĆ© par le respect et la satisfaction de leur client, ils nous mentent en prĆ©textant un bug d'Abritel, puis finalement reportent la faute sur leur jeune employĆ©e. Ils nous ont rĆ©partis dans deux chambres d'hĆ“te, les parents et les enfants, nous laissant charger nos bagages, les dĆ©charger le lendemain pour tout dĆ©placer Ć  nouveau dans le gĆ®te. Aucun problĆØme pour eux. Refus de nous offrir le petit dĆ©jeuner le lendemain en dĆ©dommagement... "ah, mais il y en a qui s'adaptent ! ", nous disent-ils. Pour le reste, nous retenons entre autres la visite pour nous rappeler de faire le mĆ©nage avec du savon noir alors que nous avions pris l'option mĆ©nage incluse. Les sourires sont exceptionnels, le ton Ć  la limite poli. A la fin, comme ils nous demandent comment Ƨa s'est passĆ© et qu'on a donnĆ© honnĆŖtement notre ressenti, nous avons Ć©tĆ© qualifiĆ© de "famille Ć  histoire", "allez-y, partez". Nous ne nous sommes donc pas fait prier !

PropriĆ©tĆ© au calme et propice au repos et Ć  la dĆ©tente dans la grande piscine. A proximitĆ© des endroits Ć  voir en Sud ArdĆØche dont Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, VogĆ¼e, Balazuc, ... Egalement Ć  proximitĆ© des loueurs de canoĆ« pour la descente de l'ArdĆØche. Visite du moulin Ć  huile des propiĆ©taires intĆ©ressante et achat de produits finis possible.

Gite que nous dƩconseillons malgrƩ une belle piscine
bonjour, l'annonce "gite de charme" est abusif, en effet le gite en question est assez petit, peu de rangement, literie vielle et usĆ©e, de nombreuses toiles dā€™araignĆ©e, une porte qui ne ferme pas ( nous attendons l'expert suite a la sĆ©cheresse de l'annĆ©e derniĆØre dixit le propriĆ©taire ) etc ... cependant la piscine est trĆØs grande et trĆØs agrĆ©able. gite que nous dĆ©conseillons.
