This wonderful oceanfront home is about three blocks from Laguna Beach’s Main Beach and downtown’s Forest Avenue, with private steps to St Anne’s Beach - an awesome beach for children and adults alike to surf, swim, skim board, stand-up paddle board, build sandcastles, and play beach games.

Sweeping panoramic views of the shimmering Pacific, Catalina Island, and out-of-this-world sunsets can be seen from either of its two ocean view decks, living area, main bedroom, and kitchen.

The three-story, 1,800-square-foot home has a great beach vibe with Tommy Bahama furniture, a fabulous antique bed, and original artwork. The Great room has a 50” TV above the fireplace and comfortable seating from which to enjoy them both. It opens up onto one of the two ocean view decks with an 18” awning, a barbecue, and seating for dining or relaxing while enjoying the ocean views, surf, breezes, and vibrant sunsets.

A wonderfully organized, modern, newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and double ovens and is accompanied by a dining area for six.

The main bedroom has a four-poster bed, a sitting nook, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the second ocean-view deck. It also sports a 55” TV for your enjoyment. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a DVD player.

Laguna Beach is known for its many art galleries, coves, and beaches and its small city feel. Main Beach features tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park. Aliso Beach Park is a popular surf spot, and the waters off Crystal Cove State Park are designated as an underwater park. Trails meander through coastal canyons in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards are available for guest use.
An air mattress is available upon request for an additional fee.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning.
There are approximately 70 stairs to the beach, which may not suit all guests.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or eviction.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
