This property looks way better from the pictures online. Upon arrival it was very dirty from liquid stains in the elevators to multiple carpet stains on many different levels. My room had been previously smoked in. I had to have A new room assignment. And the new room still smelled like dirty mop water. I will definitely not stay here again.

Place look like they try to renovate. Carpet smelled a bit. Otherwise room was clean. Parking is $10 a night. No security walking around though. Park at you own risjk, so why the parking fee? Also, restaurant closed. They offer continental break but you have to pay for coffee and danishes. All over priced, $3 to $7 range. You know the phrase ā€œNickel and Dime youā€? Thatā€™s what you get if you stay here. Good luck, wonā€™t come back again, sorry. P.S. - parking is difficult to get to. Handicap parking especially, front entrance and no parking and once you walk you have to walk quite a distance. One more thing, NO directional signs anywhere. Easy to get lost inside building.

The staff, the room and the parking are great. One of the things that I dislike, Is the fact you only have one washer and one dryer in the entire building and it's usually not working, at least when i am there. Another hotel that I stay at has 5 washers in 6 dryers and they're free. I hate to say this, but the bed rooms are also better. They have more amenities and they are cheaper. The thing I Dislike about that property is the $200 dollar deposit, with a $7.00 a day parking. As you guys only charge $25 per night with $10 dollar a day parking fee.

Iā€™ve stayed here before so I knew that the parking lot/lobby set up is awkward if you park and walk in with your luggage, but this time the bed was horrible! The pillows were all super soft and went flat right away. I had neck surgery years ago and this is the worst for me. Plus the mattress had a weird tennis ball size lump on it that was right in the middle and I swear I couldnā€™t get away from it trying to sleep! My tracker said I got less than 3 hours of sleep total.

Bad customer service, ran down hotel.
The customer service is almost non-existent. I've asked the desk manager Aynaz three times in person and and unsuccessfully called them twice on the room phone to turn off the AC. The AC kept running, making the whole room miserably cold and damp. The condensate from the AC saturated the floor making it wet. The comfort level was that of a jail cell.

The hallways smelled horrible. We had to call several times just get towels. We also had issues getting bedding and pillows down the sleeper couch. The carpet in the room was discussing and I the ahower has mold.

This was an amazing stay. Staff was polite & helpful. Room was awesome they upgraded me for free. Pool was clean. Hottub was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up.
