The fire alarm went off very early one morning and wasn’t turned off for nearly 45 minutes though it was a false alarm. The bathroom was dirty and there was a toothbrush as well as a juice container under the bed (not clean). There was an unpleasant odor throughout that made it seem like cleaning was not a top priority. The cost of the hotel should have produced a better result. I did not get my monies worth at all. I will not be staying again or at any affiliate.

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had a family emergency and didn't book properly, but they went out of their way to make adjustments and offer courtesies so that I had one less thing to worry about.

Hallway smelled like old trash, Fire alarm went off at 6:00 am and they couldn’t figure out how to silence it till 30 minutes later which put a real bad start to our day. I had an important meeting that day and wanted ti get some rest and wake up refreshed but that didn’t happen. Gym is horrible , has two treadmills and two ellipticals only.

we stood for 30 min to just check in. Maria couldnt even multitask and told us to wait for half an hour even we asked her to expediate as we had a meeting to attend and needed to get a bath and move. the hotel was dirty, carpets was so dirty that you couldnt even look at the them. we chose exceptational room on 3rd floor and city view, she gave us highway view and 2nd floor. the bathroom had a leakage, dirty and rust all over the pipes. nobody even came to change over towels. Breakfast was ridiculous. we had to choose from 2/3 option only one and that was so small that you didnt even feel you had something. i will never even go back to that hotel or refer it to anyone. we had the worst time there

A terrible experience at the property. Check in was great. When we went to our room. The rooms were tired and old and terrible. Got a back ache after foirst night. Room was dirty. The sheets were filthy. Felt so yucky. My family was really annoyed with the place. AC did not work properly. Sheets were dirty, no service. really really bad experience. Used to be a Marriott, was ok then, but now terrible.
