Oof. Rough stay. Bed was...wet? Moist sheets that also had hair on them from a previous stay. Had to get all new bedding and put it on myself. No hot water. Morning shower was lukewarm. Bugs crawling out of the baseboard. Room smelled of rot. No soundproofing at all. For $80 a night, at least it needs to be clean with hot water. Pretty gross overall

Maintenance issues in 2 rooms but staff was quick to remedy. Staff was good, clean property, breakfast was very limited and ran out of food and coffee early. Overall, it was fine. Didn’t blow us away but fine.

Nice and affordable hotel Days inn Wyndham Great
Good evening to stay at Days inn Windham Great was a wonderful day the room I had in the hotel had two queen size beds for my daughter my son and my grandson and me to visit my daughter for her graduation today which was beautiful the hotel has air conditioning television free breakfast the next day in the morning also I give five stars because my flight in the airport in Chicago came in at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th and I need to go my hotel room earlier than 3:00 p.m. which was the start time I paid an extra of $35 to go in my room earlier than 3:00 p.m. also my flight canceled on me last minute and the hotel had and available for me to go to so yes I would give it five stars they really looked up for me and my family

It was very close to RTC Great Lakes, however, the beds were uncomfortable, pillows were half sizes, no closet to hang clothes, and our room didn’t have a shower curtain when we arrived. The staff was attentive and hung a new curtain shortly after our call. The “breakfast” was limited and hot items were cool, and the coffee was terrible. Would not stay there again.

We had 2 rooms. They were as different as night and day. 1st room was for disabled, evidently recently remodeled because paint on everything but very poorly organized. Nowhere to hang clothes, no handbar for toilet, had to move the bed out to plug in husbands O2. It was clean and basic. Reservation for room 2 was lost so new one cost much more. That room was substandard. It was clean but tiles falling off in bathroom, no microwave (1st room had one), no towels or cleansing products, etc. If it hadn't been so late we wouldn't have stayed. Only 2 good things were friendly staff and clean.

Scam!!! I stayed here by myself for 2 nights My 50 deposit was not returned. I’ve called multiple times and spoke with several different people. I was told it would be returned after 7 business days. I’m still waiting on the manager Mike to call me back. The last person I spoke with after a month of working to get my deposit back said it was a stain on the towel. I don’t care if it was five cents, I don’t like being robbed. I don’t recommend you to stay at a place that scams you out your money. They possibly can’t do this to Navel clientele whom they market to because I’m sure the base would tell customers not to use this hotel.

Staff was kind enough to give us a complimentary early check-in which was worth $45. There’s free breakfast and the room is clean. Decent place to stay if you don’t expect much and just need a room a stay in for a day or two. Overall price is reasonable.

The building don't look like the picture on the website. Had me question if we were at the right place. There was NOT a shuttle from the airport. You call a phone number and a "Taxi" come and get you at a cost. Once you check in go to your room, please don't expect to hang up your clothes or sit your suit case on anything but the floor. The room didn't look like the website picture. The bathroom was not great, the toilet was short and crooked and the baseboard was falling apart(reported that to front desk). The breakfast they offered was not good. They was close to the NEX and Navy Graduation and that was all that mattered. I have to check my credit card statement to confirm i was not charged twice.

The staff was wonderful. The area is close, and convenient to get to the Naval base. A lot of the amenities were either broken, Or didnt work well. The area feels safe, and has a McDonalds and convenience store close by. The breakfast in the morning was more continental with bagels and toast. They did offer precooked pancakes and tater tots, which was not very good.
