The only issue I had was that I had called prior to bc my mother in law had passed and I wouldn’t make it the first day didn’t ask for a refund just wanted my reservation to be held and they cancelled my reservation and gave my room away and gave us a room that was super dusty and the last room available and only bc I had to get a little aggressive bc she was just going to send us away. Not Cool Drury but the hotel is very nice.

Wonderful stay, Check-in was flawless, I believe it was Bria who checked us in and she was efficient, personable and friendly. Room was clean, water was hot bed was softer then what we prefer but comfortable. Walking distance to Disney Springs and hotel has shuttle to the Disney parks. The nightly meal and full breakfast was plentiful and great. There is a $25.00 dollar charge for parking. Pool area was large and also has a hot tub, play area for the kids snd bar area. Will definitely come again and spend more days.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly and polite staff. Love that it was quiet in the room, great view to watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It is walkable to Disney Spring by at least 10 minutes or more. I would definitely stay here again.
