Check-in should be better. No information was given. The overall experience was amazing. Here are the helpful information: - The hotel has gated parking and you need the room key card to go in and go out. You must tap your card to bottom right black button that says place your key here (not very easy to see it). - There are 2 towers (Pam and Cypress). Cypress goes to 15 floors only. - The breakfast is on the 2nd floor and it does not matter what tower as they get together on the 2nd floor. - There is a water fountain on the 2nd floor near the gym ( it is accessible 24 h). - There is complementary coffee on the first floor all the time. I had to find out by myself... The walls are study and you do not hear a baby crying beside your room. The hotel is new and all was done with amazing quality. The breakfast and dinner are great. There is popcorn and soda free from 2 PM to 10 PM on the 2nd floor. Just Amazing!!! They have a bust to take you to Disney parks.

It is very convenient to Disney Springs and a great off-property stay. We stayed one night, as we got in late, and when we return, if we do not stay on Disney property, we would be staying here. The only downside is that they charge to park each night if you drive in or rent a car.

The staff was absolutely cheerful and showed pride in their work. The property’s location could not be better for its easy access to all the best that Orlando has to offer. Self parking was simple with large spaces and safe gated/lighted parking. On property meal offerings were well balanced and with their inclusion in room rate made for a very affordable option. Shuttle routes to parks and Disney Springs simplified the entire experience BZ!

We really enjoyed staying at the Drury. This was our first stay and we were very impressed with the hotel. We had a warm greeting when we first arrived and the check in process was a breeze. We enjoyed the breakfast options as well as the evening snack. It was a nice easy walk to Disney springs on a nice sidewalk. The transport to disneyworld was always on time and easy to use. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. No complaints and we would definitely stay here again

Close to disney springs, walkable if prefer. Staff was very friendly, always helpful to answer questions. Restaurant haa good food options and staff. Only ask would be to have an extra blanket available in the room.
