The best location for everything Disney! Staff was incredibly kind. Transportation was prompt, clean, convenient. Our room was immaculate. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location
The are continuing renovations but we didn't hear any noise really. The renovations have done a great job updating the rooms. Its a nice hotel, great location and not ridiculously overpriced like most of Disney's hotels. You get the full 7 day reservation on the fast passes too.

The area was very convenient to Epcot and had great access to the boardwalk area, which has great dining options. The staff was wonderful and we had a great time!

Upon checking in, we were greeted with a disdain scowl instead of a friendly face. We were advised then that they are going through construction and also an event were all hotel amenities were closed down for them.

The property was very nice, however the bed sheets and towels felt like paper. The amount of money you pay to stay here, it would be nice to have more comfortable bed sheets and towels.
