Great value and newly remodelled
This is a great little hotel. Right in the middle of plenty of dining and shopping options. The new owners have really put some money into the place. Large TV, new tile floors, redone bathroom. I really liked it and the owner and their employees were both very hospitable.

You Get What You Pay For
The room was fairly clean, but the floors need to be mopped and/or done over. The walls are old and dated. The bathroom was fine, but the faucet is loose in the tub when you turn on the shower. The room is dingy and not well lit and it lacked an outlet where the desk is to plug in my computer. I didn't turn on the tv or test the WiFi so I can't speak to that (I carry my own hotspot for streaming). Everything worked, but the bed wasn't comfortable. The air conditioner is the loudest thing I ever heard and doesn't control the temperature well. I guess for the price I paid ($160 for 2 nights you'll need to decide if that's worth it for you). I wasn't sweating so there's a plus and the location of the motel is fine. You certainly shouldn't bring anyone you need to impress here.

Family friendly, safe, quiet!!
Would definitely stay again!! It is everything that you want in a budget place and more. The place smelled and looked clean. Even my nephews commented on how clean everything was! No smoke, no pet odor. Yes I got a non -smoking room but often when I stay at smaller places it smells strongly of smoke. NOT the case here...I am very sensitive. We all slept amazing at night. No road noise, no crazy parking lot shenanigans, no stress over location. One morning we walked 2 minutes to Waffle House next door. Service was attentive AND friendly. We had lots of TV stations with family friendly options and me and my nephews (12/10) were able to find shows we all liked. The air was cool which was great for sleeping. My only personal preferences, which I do not feel warranted docking stars... I would like a little more light in the room. I also prefer a heavier blanket when sleeping. I wasn't cold, I just like something a little more weighted. I asked at the front desk and had a second blanket at my room in five minutes 👌

I have stayed here on multiple occasions and the rooms are always clean and spacious. They are located in the middle of town amongst all dining and shopping areas which are in walking distance. Overall good choice to stay for the price.

Luckily were only there for a few hours
We needed a stop off on our way to the Carnival port and this was right off the interstate. The outside looks old and needs updates and groundskeeping pretty bad. The worst part was the floor in the room was dirty and seemed to have not been cleaned in a while.

Never been to a cleaner hotel spartan amenities and minor esthetic deficiencies (slight wall paint or chip) tv was a challenge- maybe a guide sheet could assist guests. Bathroom was spotless as was the bed. Cleanliness is the only thing I’m really concerned about when traveling and the regal inn is an A+
