This is a very nice resort and we really enjoyed ourselves. Spent most of our time lying by the pool. The pool was excellent, however, the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool so we didn’t use it much. Also, the staff at the deck bar were not very energetic. We had to go up to the bar and order every day except one. One young lady named Vinny was there on Monday and she was awesome!! Friendly and helpful…she ran her tail off helping guests, taking and delivering orders. Ty he other two days, the staff mainly sat at the bar, on their phones. The onsite Italian restaurant was good, but very expensive. Same for the Hunt Club. Bob, the shuttle driver was also fantastic. Overall, we are glad we chose The Ridge.

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. We had a King Patio room which faced the beautiful pool/bar area. Off to the side of that is a nice seating area. There are 2 restaurants on site, but we did not try them as we went into downtown Lake Geneva. The only complaints I have: daily housekeeping is not the norm, you have to request it, and we did at check-in, and one would think a hotel like this would have better toilet paper!

I wouldn't recommend eating at the pool deck/bar. The food was not good, especially considering the prices. Other than that, it's a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The staff pleasant and professional.

This is basically a glamorous refurbished motel. Pros: clean, convenient to Lake Geneva and Lake Delevan, great outdoor bar and patio. Cons: we updated to a room with patio but it was terrible. Behind an overgrown bush so no view and you are inches from your neighbor because there are 4 chairs shared on a small patio so no privacy.
