Very dirty, disappointing room
Room was simply not clean. Previous guest's fake eyelashes and wads of hair were in the shower. Dust caked on the blinds. Room looked very little like the photos and is long overdue for renovations... I would be more okay with this room at a lower price point, but the room was priced as a higher end hotel in this class. I don't know where these other great reviews are coming from. This was badly disappointing.

Property and room is in desperate need of repairs and renovations. Burners on stove did not work, refrigerator barely worked and was not cold, no propane for grill, no pot holders for oven, ceiling fans dirty and dusty, some window air conditioners did not work, shower in one bathroom did not work… the handles turned but no water. Property location was very nice but overall everything was old and in need of tlc. Would not stay at this resort again.

Location was great! Not too far from all attractions but in the northern part of the Lake away from the hustle and bustle. Our cabin had a nice lake view from the porch. The cabin was clean and had pretty much all necessary kitchen items for cooking. We had towels delivered almost everyday. The 3 bedroom deluxe cabin had 1 A/C in living room only. The bedrooms only had ceiling fans. With the doors closed it got pretty warm so we kept the doors opened at night. If privacy isn’t an issue then it’s fine. Everyone enjoyed use of pool and beach area was spacious. The family enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding too. Just wished it was free of charge for guests. The arcade was a bit small. Wish there were more than one tennis/pickleball court. Many people wanted to play but had to wait a long time. Overall, we had a great time at Depe Dene resort
