Centrally located , less than 2 miles to Havasu Regional Medical Center and Windsor Boat Launch. Lake views from master bdrm and family room. Spacious unit. Heated pool, spa and assigned covered parking space with plenty of free guest covered parking spots. Pet friendly, under 25 lbs, for small additional fee.

2 bedroom, 2 bath bottom floor condo less than 2 miles from downtown and Windsor boat launch. Situated in the heart of Lake Havasu City, this condo unit is mere minutes away from the area's top attractions.


The unit is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. A short stay to visit family
We went to Lake Havasu to see my father, who lives there. We can't stay at his place and we have had bad experiences with motels/hotels in Havasu. We picked this condo off of VRBO because it looked nice, the location was good and it was dog friendly. Everything about the place was as expected- it was clean and attractive, well stocked with anything we needed and had a nice "backyard" to walk the pup in. It was SO MUCH more comfortable than being in a hotel or motel. The ambiance was good, the beds were really comfy, and it is convenient to everything in town. It was perfect for us, as we intended to basically stay inside the condo the three days were there, due to it being HOT and having a dog with us. We did self check-in and check- out, yet the communication with Sandy, the Host, was great. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Havasu. We loved it. Thank you Sandy!

Friendly Stay
First time VRBO rental for us. We had our dog so chose to give this a try vs a hotel. Sandra was wonderful to work with and helped through the process since new at this. Always quickly available to answer any questions. The people we met in the complex were all very friendly as well. The spa was not usable due to looking like the complex tried gluing rough patches together so it left a very bad bottom you wouldn’t want to sit in but no fault of Sandra’s.
