This beautiful new home was completed in March 2019 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool/spa and outdoor kitchen. The pool is heated from mid-March until the end of October at no additional cost. The home is 2.8 miles from the new Riviera launch ramp.

The indoor and outdoor space seamlessly commingle to enhance our guest experience. The covered outdoor kitchen; which includes a commercial grade BBQ, makes entertaining a breeze. Don’t worry, you won’t miss the game, catch it on the outdoor TV while grilling up the steaks.

Relax poolside with an ice cold beverage and enjoy the breathtaking Lake Havasu sunsets right from the backyard. You’ll also enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the lake.

Inside you’ll find every detail was thoughtfully attended to which includes beautiful custom cabinets and quartz counter tops complimented by stainless steel appliances.

Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite program on the 65” TV and surround sound.

Each bedroom features luxury bedding and mattresses to ensure a good night sleep. Wake up refreshed and get ready for your day on the water.

Park your boat, RV or toys in the 14’ tall 50’ deep RV garage. Still not enough room? No problem, the 50’ plus custom paver driveway will accommodate the rest of your vehicles or toys.

This house is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy!

Want to enjoy the pool in the winter? It’s no problem the pool can be heated to accommodate the chilly temperatures. Additional charges may apply during the winter months.

Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. 55” flat screen TV.

Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed and 55” flat screen TV.

Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed.

Living room features a full size pull out sofa bed.

Fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Dining room table has seating for six and the island has seating for four.

Full access to the entire house, garage, pool and outdoor kitchen.

Cable and WiFi are included.

Front and backyards are beautifully landscaped.

Guest Access: Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door on their check in day.

Interaction with guests: Guests can call or text with any questions.

POLICIES:

Check in 4PM - Check out 11AM
-No smoking on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-No pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
-No glass permitted outdoors near the pool.
-It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool at all times.

-PLEASE NOTE: Propane usage is billed at $3.70 per gallon for the pool and spa during the winter months.. This is our cost. On average, the spa can use 3-5 gallons per hour and substantially more for the pool. The propane tank is metered and can be read daily to see how much is being consumed. Daily updates can be provided by contacting the host.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the outdoor kitchen area including the grill, and returning the patio furniture to the garage before checking out. A $50 additional cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.

Incredible house to relax at after a day on the lake
This property is fantastic. My wife and I and another couple stayed at the house for a weekend. Everything about this house and host is great. 1. Kitchen-well equipped and very nice. 2. Backyard-amazing pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. 3. RV Garage for boat and tow vehicle. You won’t be disappointed. Please take care of the house for this owner as we want to rent it again next year

This home was absolutely stunning, just as beautiful as the pictures show. The homeowner was incredibly communicative, always responding quickly and making the entire process smooth. The house itself was thoughtfully decorated, with all the little details often overlooked during travel perfectly accounted for. It was spotless upon arrival, and the pool and BBQ area were simply gorgeous—a perfect space to relax and unwind. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be returning here every time we visit Havasu.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

My coworkers and I stayed for 4 days and had a great time. House is very comfortable and up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped and has an amazing outdoor grill and kitchen area. The garage is deep enough and the driveway long enough to pull in and park a truck with a 30’ trailer. Would highly recommend staying here, hosts are awesome and quick to respond as well. We loved it!!

I will absolutely be booking this house again. Backyard: Very rarely is the pool and backyard completely clean when I book in Havasu like this house was. The backyard furniture was even clean. The cabana area was ready to use. There is an outdoor stereo system for music by the pool. The lounge chairs are very nice and sturdy. The pool has several different holes for umbrellas to be able to have shade in the pool. They supply two large umbrellas that are stored in the garage and super easy to use. They also had floaties of different varieties to use in the pool. The backyard is very private with a nice view in the corner. Kitchen: The inside of the house was spotless. Kitchen is stocked with full utensils, plenty of cookware, serving trays and bowls, plates and cups and even some seasonings. Coffee maker is a Ninja coffee pot machine and not a pod machine; which is great for knowing it’s a clean system. Garage: My husband’s favorite part was that we could use the garage! The RV garage has a door on each end. So he was able to open it while cleaning the boat, in the shade, and jump into the pool when he got hot. We have a 30’ ft boat connected to a long bed GMC 3500. We were able to open the backyard RV door and have the butt of the boat in the backyard a little bit so we could keep hooked up to the truck with the front RV door closed. Only recommendation: If you are a fan sleeper, bring a fan. Because the house is super quiet at night. 10/10!! Worth every penny.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house is exactly as advertised. Exceptionally clean. Very well supplied with everything we needed. Our littles loved the pool and spa. The RV garage worked great for our trailer and side by sides. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around in. Jason was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions.
