Excellent Fall Break Vacation!
Our stay was amazing! My only complaint was that I didnt make the stay longer. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious for our group of 8 (our obnoxious teens even approved lol). We easily could have vacationed the entire week but we had to head back for other plans. We appreciated the owner, Rick, being so accomodating and responsive to all of our questions during our stay. I will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Thanks again, Rick!

First Lake Havasu visit from Colorado
It was our first visit. The house was close to everything we needed but not on the lake. The pool was amazing for all our kids of all ages. We could come back from any activity and cool down. The house was very comfortable and the owners replied quickly to emails.

Our family LOVED the accommodation to your beautiful home. The back yard was a HIT! Full sun exposure, the pool was amazing and we LOVED the hot tub for an evening soak with an outside TV. It was perfect size for my husband and our 4 young adult kids. We loved everything about your home. It was centrally located just minutes away from all the attractions. We even saved a little bunny that we found in the pool when we came home one night.

Loved it so much we hardly left the house
Six of us stayed here for a girls trip in March. We spent most of our time in the backyard around the pool and hot tub. The pool was a little chilly since it’s not heated (which we knew), but we’re from Iowa so a 78 degree day warmed the pool enough for us. There’s a gas fire pit that was nice to sit around in the evening if we weren’t in the hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with pans and utensils for cooking your own meals. The bathroom towels were nice big soft ones. Would definitely stay here again!!

My teenage boys and I loved this place!!! We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. The pool in October was way too cold unfortunately, but they did emphasize that it wasn’t heated on their listing. I would highly recommend this place.

Our party was very impressed with how many extra throw blankets, beach towels and bedding (so many pillows!) that were available for our use during our stay. There was ample cookware and dishes, including tupperware. The large screen TV located in the backyard was a happy surprise - our kids enjoyed watching movies while floating in the pool. The property is close to the state park launch pad which made it very convenient to access the lake. Overall our stay was excellent, we felt we were at home, and look forward to our next stay.

Perfect Home for Relaxation and Fun
Our family had an absolute blast in Lake Havasu. This home was perfect for us. It was very well-stocked with everything available to us at all times. Rick, the host, was wonderful and certainly a delight to talk with. The pool and spa made for fantastic evenings to totally relax and enjoy each others company. The lake was close by for us to use our boat; plus plenty of delicious restaurants were available for us as well. I'd give this home a total score of 10 out of 10 golden stars. You can't go wrong staying in this home!
