Unfortunately the rooms were not ready until very late in the afternoon several customers waiting. Mine almost at 6 PM. They offered breakfast for one day as compensation (should have been for my two nights stay). Then only one of three elevators was working, long waits to go into or out of rooms. Front desk with just one person dealing with several users. The hotel is clean and nicely kept, breakfast was good, location was fine as well. If the rooms and elevators will have been in proper order, will give 4 stars

There was only one out three elevators working so it took too much time waiting for an elevator and there is very limited assistance with luggage when checking out on the weekends I am handicapped so assistance with my luggage is very important

I was here before our flight for our honeymoon and the room smelled moldy and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff was okay but no extra effort. There were deliveries and trash walking to elevators.
