Calm Water Cove! Lakeside Family Home! 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeps 10!

Perfect for vacations and family gatherings.

Calm Water Cove is located on MM 2 close to Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark, MO in a quiet cove minutes from the strip. Less than ten minutes from restaurants, entertainment, shopping , mini golf and Go-Karts. Designed with families in mind. Four kayaks (one youth kayak), Lily pad, paddle boat and paddle boards, fireplace, WiFi and parking for three vehicles.

Large master bedroom with King size bed and pull out Queen Sleeper Sofa, sleeps 4. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Patio doors leads to a large balcony with a great view of the lake and seating for relaxing.

2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a patio door to the balcony.

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and bunk beds, also located on the upper level. Sleeps 4.

A second bath/shower combo is located upstairs as well.

The main level has an open floor plan for entertaining, enjoy the fireplace and a 55” inch television. The dining room table seats 8 and a breakfast bar supplies additional seating. The kitchen has all new appliances, ample storage, and a large prep and serving area.

Laundry area has a front loading washer/dryer and is located on the main level. There is also an ironing board and iron if needed in the master closet.

Outside the French doors on the main level is a grill and patio seating for 6. The Martini deck, between the house and the dock, has additional seating and a large umbrella for shade option.

Calm Water Cove has three tiers of seating for your group to take advantage of the lake views!

Dock has 1-10x20 slip for your boat if needed (no lift). Boat ramp available across the main cove at Point Randall. On the dock there is a table for enjoying lunch, 4 kayaks (1 youth), float toys, Lily pad, life jackets, Paddle boards, and a paddle boat for relaxing and playing. The swim deck has 2 chaise lounges for sunning and Wet steps for ease in getting in and out of the Lake. Enjoy great fishing from the dock, swimming, and kayaking. Relax with a cold drink, feed the ducks, boat, fish, swim, and remember be safe and use the life jackets for you and the little ones!

Life Jackets are located in the dock box with a variety of sizes from child to XXL Adult.

Great Stay, again!
This is our second time staying at this home. We love the cleanliness and amenities this home offers. The lake is perfectly set back so swimming is never a concern with watercraft. We will be staying again!

Perfect Lake Life Vacation!
Beautiful home on quiet cove perfect for our family with teenagers and 5 year old. Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards and floating toys to play in the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfy.

Amazing Stay
This place was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, welcoming, and provides plenty of things to do from relaxing inside, outside on one of many hangout areas, to activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. You can tell that the owner takes good care of the place and ensures their guests have a great stay. They provide fishing poles, kayaks with life jackets, paddle boats, a grill stocked with propane, a fire pit stocked with firewood, and more for your use as long as you use it responsibly and respectfully. Not many owners go the extra mile to provide this for you but this owner is great. The house is close to many activities that the lake offers such as a couple golf courses right down the road, boat rentals within 10 minutes, go karting, bars, shopping and more all within a quick drive away. The land itself is large and allows for outdoor games such as cornhole. The parking is a little tight but we were able to fit trucks parked at an angle, though it is much better than other properties around the lake. If this house is available, I'd book it because the price is fair and the stay is incredible.

This property was everything it advertised! Calm, peaceful cove close to the strip with a ton of amenities and toys to enjoy the lake. The house is updated, very clean, and stocked with everything you need for your trip. Host was very responsive and accommodating - 5 stars is not a high enough ranking! We will definitely be back, one of the best stays we've ever had at the lake!!!

My family and I loved this property and it’s location right on the water! The house was clean and the property was well kept with a ton of amenities. We would stay here again. The only complaint I have is the parking area is quite small, it took some strategic maneuvering to fit 2 trucks on the parking area.

This was our first VRBO stay. Although the “hidden” VRBO costs were higher than expected when shopping for a site, Calm Water Cove was even better than its advertising. Aside from providing more nice towels and linens than we could possibly use, the host provided all of the paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, plates, napkins) we needed along with coffee, spices, oil, dishwasher detergent, detergent, dryer sheets, plastic cutlery, plastic bags, and foil. We didn’t need to use all of this, but it was awesome that it was there. The host also provided a stocked tackle box, hand soap, and games (outdoor and indoor). The quantity of outdoor furniture on different levels was great, and instructions from the host were clear. This property was an awesome setting for a fun vacation with our two grown boys, their wife and girlfriend, and our 2-year-old granddaughter.
