Relax in the 2,452 square ft, 4 bed, 3 bath home with stone fireplace or end your day with friends next to the fire pit by the 1 acre stadium lighted stocked fish pond. 3 RV hookups w/plumbing, electric, & sewer on property. Covered front and rear porches. If you enjoy hunting or fishing KICCO WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT ARE abd the Kissimmee River are just minutes away. Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo right down the road! Just bring your own ATVs!

This property has direct access to River Ranch riding and hunting trails. Renter is responsible for obtaining guest passes or any necessary entry passes prior to riding through the back gate. All passes can be obtained through the River Ranch front gate. Atvs will not be permitted out the back gate without registering with River Ranch Hunt and Fish Club through the front gate.

Outdoor grill is a charcoal grill.

There is availability to an RV for an additional rate per night.
Approved pets are an additional rate of $250.
