Welcome to the newly renovated Sunshine Ranch House at River Ranch! This is a PRIVATE FULL HOUSE Rental in River Ranch and includes a Golf Cart and FREE Wifi! This home is located in the private neighborhood of Westgate River Ranch Resort which is accessible by Golf Cart. This house offers 3 bedroom, 2 baths and an enclosed porch with water views! Open the windows and enjoy outdoor living! The master has a King bed and is en-suite with a newly renovated bathroom and walk in closet. The two guest rooms have Queen beds. This home accommodates 6 people very comfortably! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee station and all cookware. There is also a full size laundry room. Enjoy beautiful water views throughout the home. There are smart TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom.
There are restaurants on Westgate property as well as a General Store, a live Rodeo and many fun activities' for all ages! Walmart and other grocery stores are located in Lake Wales.
This property offers privacy with a ton of amenities available for you to enjoy at Westgate River Ranch!
If you plan to RIDE ATVs at River Ranch POA, this home is located a few miles up the road for easy access to and from the property! Bring your SXS and ATV! (must be an owner or guest of owner to ride ATVs)
