This cozy cottage in the heart of LW Beach provides all the basics to feel it as a second home. The area is quiet, safe, and walkable. There is not much traffic and it is a slow-speed area that allows walking with pets or kids without any risk. Besides, the beach is a 15-20 minutes walk. Historic Downtown Lakeworth is just 0.3 miles (5 minutes walk) in which you can find a wide range of restaurants, a theater, a post office, and different kinds of stores, from clothing to antiques. Also, Publix is 3 minutes away from the place.

Ok for the price, but had some issues
My main compliants about this rental: Shower curtains had mildew Not enough hot water volume for filling tub Some roaches No laundry detergent available Used aluminum foil with food residue from previous guests was in the oven. Oven didn’t work properly. Yard was not private, and front entrance was shared by other guests from another property behind this house. Beds were very uncomfortable, so I slept on the couch. Wifi was not recognized by our devices

We had to evacuate during hurricane Milton and I found this place online. The management was accommodating to our special needs due to the circumstances. Eva is a wonderful host. We wanted to thank her again. The cottage was cozy and clean. We are very happy with our stay. It is close to the beach and within walking distance to the nearest Publix.

Great Stay
We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater, it was an easy 12 minute drive to the venue. The house was clean and quiet. Smart TV’s to log into a variety of apps for TV at bed time and morning coffee. Close to the beach and a lot of good local places to eat.
