We had to change rooms within the first 1/2 hour of our stay due to clogged toilet. The bed was too hard and maid service was terrible. First day no service. Second day service but did not make the bed.

It was an average hotel. I expect more for their nightly charge. The front desk guy was rude. I requested ground floor. He said can I put you on the second floor? I asked if there was an elevator. He said no. I asked if he was out of ground floor rooms? He looked at me and rolled his eyes and said no. I said that's fine just put me on the second floor. I'm not sure why I couldn't have ground floor? My knees weren't happy about the stairs.

Just to clarify… there is no breakfast included, only a cereal bar, juice and coffee. There is also NO restaurant as described, however, 5 stars for Captain Joe’s Grill which was very close by!! Excellent food and service! Hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. Beds were comfortable.

Sheets looked dirty but probably weren’t Spider web on ceiling over headboard. Whole place needed a deep clean. Bathroom okay but sticky outlet cover. Tub okay but a hole in ceiling. Unnerving to say the last. Hair dryer didn’t work No breakfast though it advertised that there was free breakfast.

Very good room. Needed more than one facecloth No plug in on right side of bed. Sleep on that side, glad I had a multi plug in surge protector long cord to plug in my CPAP my phone, travel power unit and my head buds to use phone maps. Other than minor things, good room and gas station and a top shelf, pricey, but awesome place right next door.

The pictures definetly deceiving. Pool is out of service, since Dec.23 i believe. And Free breakfast should probably say Continental, not sure if it's even that. Those 2 things were selling point for me and didn't get either. Cost to high for what it is you are getting better off to pay $10 more for newer hotel. Old, stains on curtains, ceiling in bathroom looks like it's ready to fall in. For a great location, they should put the money into fixing it up a bit. Staff was nice and did let me extend check out until noon. Had time to kill before flight. Think it same people that check you in and clean rooms.
