After I checked in, I took a small nap for sleeping and they came and talked on my door to put a frame up for shutters not them just came to the door start knocking all hard woke me up. Couldn't go back to sleep room had old furniture bathroom was still dirty, I won't stay there again

We stayed here 3 days 2 nights and asked twice a day, every day, for our unit to be cleaned (it wasn’t clean upon arrival). Not once did they clean our room and we only got a “Sorry. I’ll note the account for you.” when we checked out. Horrible experience. We will not be back.

Nice staff, room not great
Although the service was amazing, the room did not match. It was muggy in the room and the air condition was not on. The room smelled horrible, and the hallway to the room by the elivators smelled like sewer. There were stains on the sheets and we left smelling as bad as the room. Breakfast was minimal, not many options.

The 2 bedroom suite served its purpose. Not a stitch of utensils in the kitchen. Every cupboard and drawer was empty. 2 star rating on breakfast.
